Call back pretty quickly and was very professional. Had a emergency so was honest about availability and gave me someone else’s # to call. Even gave me info to help make sure I don’t have future problems.

Scott and his son helped us with the work. Things for the most part went well and the price seemed to be very fair. We had to change a few things on the fly, and he was happy to accommodate. There were, however, a few mistakes made (ie forgetting to turn off the shower valve before turning water back on for the house, but nothing that caused any lasting damage or had to be repaired. They are very on-time as far as plumbing goes (which means within 30 minutes of the time you are given). I plan to use them again.

Scott replaced all cast iron plumbing in our crawlspace with PVC. He returned my initial (emergency) call on a Sunday. He did a quality job and was professional and courteous throughout. I would definitely recommend him.

He was punctual. I think it was too much. He was another one that he was not good about writing down what he was charging for. I wouldn't use him again. He fixed the plumbing problem but did not fix my wall back. He left my wall open and didn't know how to do the tile back and he wasn't good about information after he had done the job.

Everything was excellent. Carter Plumbing really took the time to diagnose the problem and advise us on the solution. After the replacement, they made sure everything was working properly which I appreciated.
