This company is definitely worth considering. I am very happy with the flooring that I purchased from them and I think they did a nice job installing it. They were easy to schedule the installation with and arrived on time. I think they were very fair on what they charged me.
Description of Work: I had them install carpet and hardwood floors in my house.

This company specified their preferred contractor (a foreigner) to install wooden flooring. The contractor was difficult to adjust with as he was un-accommodating in his methods, scheduling, and after installation follow-up details. The installer also assured us of his expertise although he failed to install an underlayment barrier first. There were also a few cement slab anchor orifices that needed to be plugged before installing and the installer for Carpet Barn ignored our requests for that as well. Today the majority of the flooring is buckling and warped. After having tried to get this company to honor their warranty and repair the damage, I was never contacted to get any satisfaction.
Description of Work: Carpet Barn installed wooden flooring and molding throughout our apartment after tearing out carpet and spreading adhesive on the cement slab floor. No particular preparation was performed on the cement slab floor.
