+ -1 moreI am flabbergasted at how this service provider still has a C rating. 53% of reviews are F grades ... Completely unprofessional. My wife attempted to contact and arrange for the service provider to come to our house on multiple occasions to clean our garage. On the few occasions she was able to actually schedule something, the service provider failed to show up at all or even have the courtesy to call to let my wife know they wouldn't be arriving. Numerous attempts were made to get the services offered. I'm really more disappointed with Angie's List than the service provider; I'm a member of Angie's List to specifically avoid service providers like this. Avoid this provider at all costs.

Description of Work: The provider lied and said they were on their way repeatedly but failed to show up. They would never return calls. I can't believe they have just now been out in the penalty box after so many F ratings. I am turning this matter over to an attorney. I have asked for a refund 3 times with no luck and have not heard from Angie' list.
