Mr. Hewitt was patient and helpful. Mr. Hewitt provided the quote as requested (working carefully and patiently), but, against his own short-term financial interest, he then urged us to contact the original provider and insist on a free repair. He explained that the window-treatment industry expects to stand behind their products, and he would certainly expect to repair or replace a shade with such problems. The quote he provided, for two shades to replace one large one, was less than we originally paid for the big shade. While we have taken his advice and are pursuing a resolution with the original provider, we would certainly call Mr. Hewitt first for any new work in our home.

I didn't know much about blinds or window treatments, and they really took their time to help me pick the right product. I very much appreciated that. When I made certain choices the salesman made sure I understood how it would look and how it would function. He took a lot of time with me without making me feel like I was taking too much of his time. I will definitely use them again for the rest of our rooms once I've decided what type of window treatment I want. Installation came slightly faster than the original estimated date, which was a nice surprise as well.

They were very thorough and very detailed with the process and were precise with the project. They were very professional about the whole thing. We didn’t have any issues or errors with the product. They kept us in good communication the whole time as well. They were expensive but we got great value for it.

I feel so lucky to have found Michael from Budget Blinds to help us determine which window treatments would be the best for our home. Our living room and master bedroom face directly east; the morning sun was nearly unbearable, not to mention the heat that would pour in through those windows. Michael came for an in-home consultation and was very knowledgeable about what window treatments would work best for light and heat blocking. He was also very patient with my indecisive ways, and showed me multiple options in all the different colors available. The installation went smoothly and quickly, and Michael followed up with me immediately to make sure that I was pleased with the results. Overall, I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Michael Hewitt from Budget Blinds, and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Budget Blinds is a wonderful company! Karen came to our house, measured our windows for blinds and we discussed the different options. The most interesting thing that I found out about Budget Blinds is that they can do a lot more than just blinds! They do complex window treatments, shutters, etc... as Karen puts it "anything that goes on a window, we can do". I had no idea. The name is misleading, I thought they were blinds only. I'm happy to know about the window treatment division of the company, Karen works with many workrooms to make sure you will receive top quality service/work. Her expertise in interiors is a big plus! The installation of the blinds was a smooth process in and out, very professional. If you are looking for blinds, give Karen a call, please do not let the name fool you. They are top notch with lots of options to offer any homeowner!

We couldn't be happier with the service or the product! We made a mistake and selected the wrong kind of blinds. Mike went way above and beyond expectations to make sure we were happy. Even though it was our mistake, when the blinds did not suit us, Mike was able to negotiate a replacement of all our blinds with the company at no additional charge! We plan to add blinds in another room next year, and we'll definitely be calling on Mike to do the work for us!

Mike showed up on time to give us an estimate. He was very polite and patient during the entire time at our house. I have 2 young boys that wanted my attention and his as well and he was friendly and kind. He showed me the products and my options. He had a lot of good suggestions and the price was less than 2 other major companies that quoted. Their lead time was also 1/2 of which was quoted by the other companies. We had honey comb blinds installed in our living room and master bedrooom. The installer was very quick and kind as well. Mike also followed up after to install to make sure everything was to our liking. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would use them again.

I was very well done. They were excellent on all levels. It was punctual. They were pleasure to deal with. There was an excellent follow up. It is a good quality product. They were reliable as well.

They were good and the quality was okay, not the best but their price was pretty good. They came out and measured them and then hanged them, and they were good about that. They did a good job and I would recommend them. They were convenient and responsive and had it done within the timeframe that they promised. So far they've held up okay. They were pretty good with comparison to the high end companies.

It went great. The estimate/measuring session came off on time. The estimator was very knowledgable. He warned me about the enclosure not being exactly plumb (the screen openings were narrower on the tip than on the bottom). The installer had to work very hard to get the shades in perfectly (because of the odd opening), but the finished project was perfect.

Mike was on time, pleasant, professional, and not pushy at all. His installation contractor was just a pleasant. The price was reasonable too. They both showed up on time and listened to what I wanted and were amicable, polite, and just darn nice guys!
