How this all begin, I had an electrical storm at my house and Nick from Bray Electrical Company came to my house and told me all the electrical areas that were struck. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a Dec. 7th install. They were a no show, I took this day off of work. I called the company and spoke to Doty (very polite) she told me she was sorry and things have been very hectic and they must of lost my appt. information. She explained that they were booked for the week and she would have to see if they could fit me in. Now remember I made this appt. way in advance. When I made the appt. I explained I wanted to replace 2 flood lights for dusk to dawn lights installed, 2GSCI boxes, validate I have power to landscape lights and replace landscape lights if needed. When Nick arrived he smelt like weed. He did replace 1 flood light to 1 dusk to dawn and 2 GSCI boxes. He said he didn't have a tall enough ladder to replace the other flood light and he didn't have time to swap out my landscape lights. When I made the appt. Doty and I discussed the height of my house and the type of ladder required. So I asked Nick what could I have done to have gotten the correct ladder. He told me I did everything correct that Doty didn't have it on the paper work that a taller ladder was required. Nick put his supervisor on the phone (Walter). Walter told me he didn't have any time today but would call me on Monday and get out there that week. He called on Monday morning explaining Michelle would be calling me and setting up an appt. 3 hours later I get an e-mail from Michelle telling me they would have to bring a 40" extention ladder and 4 techs to install the dusk to dawn light and swap out 10 landscape lights with me providing all the equipment the total fee would be $875.00. I am not kidding?. When Nick was here I asked how much and he told me I would be changed $75.00 hour installing a dusk to dawn light and swapping out 10 flood lights. Now the fee is $875.00 And they can't do the install until the week of Dec. 22nd. even though Walt told me he would get it completed this week. Customer Service !!!! It states to me they really don't want the job. I wish I would of known this prior to paying them $381.00 to swap out 2 GSCI boxes, swapping 1 food light. Will I never do business with this company again. NO!!! I would not recommend them and will post my concerns on every web site I can.

I am very satisfied with the outcome of the lights. Bray was neat in their work and conscientious of their surroundings.

They did an excellent job installing the lights in my condo. They were very professional, and kind, and worked very fast. The price was OK, but could have been a little better. They were very clean and did not leave any kind of mess behind.
