Installation was fine. Counters look okay. Work is shoddy in the inconspicuous places where we as homeowners notice it, but on the surface it's fine. Scheduling was tough. They can't get payment from the GC that ran the project, so they placed a lien on our home. Very difficult to work with to get the lien removed. Can't seem to handle their business very well.

I took advantage of sale they had which was 15% discount with contribution to American Veterans. Yeah! They over estimated the square footage which I had corrected, At $70 sq. ft. it makes a big difference. So alwasy check their work. Had to pay 100% upfront which is never a good practice, but they completed the job on time with good quality of craftmanship. They tack on a lot of extras: undermounting sink $200, reinstalling plumbing which is outsourced $395. Poor follow up on service. Had to call and remind them to have plumber come ad reconnect sink. The sink leaked afterward so I just fixed it myself rather than wait again. Ordered wall tile as well, called after 2 weeks , no tile, then said it was back ordered, 2 more weeks. No one ever followed up. Overall pretty good job, thankful I guess considering the review Ive read of other companys, but service make all the difference in the world and they just didnt seem to care much since they got their money upfront.
