Description of Work: My problem was mold blowing from my crawl space into my house proper - Atlanta is a very humid place and mold is everywhere. This company was probably the third I got to give me an analysis/estimate. I wanted a new electric air filter installed on the furnace, but also wanted to find any holes in the ducts, furnace, or vent areas where moldy crawl-space air might be entering the system. A contractor who came to give an estimate AFTER Air Systems noticed a big air gap in two "shoes" (the boxes that the returns are placed in). So I asked Sam of Air Systems why he had not noticed the shoe holes and would he repair them as part of his estimate. He said yes, and he and his men did an excellent job. They ended up taping every possible place air might be getting into the system, installing a good filter, and indeed there has been no mold upstairs since they did their work. Sam, the owner, is also a very pleasant man, easy to deal with. Sam said they would have found the openings in the "shoes" anyway in the course of the work. I would definitely use this company again.
