fantastic. Quick quote, very professional. Able to start within a few days of providing estimate. I was unable to be around the dates they were available to start, but I felt completely comfortable having them do the work with me available as it is Pete and his family who provide essentially all the work. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone, such wonderful people and great work.

Pete was very professionally and he did an outstanding job.

In short, Pete is amazing. We him to paint my fiancé's townhome in preparation for selling. We got a quote from Pete that was well below others we had looked at. We were a little a nervous at first, as we had nothing in writing, only his verbal quote. But we had nothing to worry about, as he is a man of his word and did an excellent job on the home. There was an initial problem with the color, Pete took a piece of the stucco in to be color matched before starting the job. Neither of us was able to be at the location when he started and when my fiancé stopped at the house later that night he had most of the front completed but the color was not what she was expecting. She merely mentioned it to Pete and he immediately set about making it right, remixing the paint and repainting the front. Throughout the job, Pete displayed almost an obsession with making sure we were satisfied. He did a lot of little things that we never would have expected him to. The job took longer than expected due to weather and I know it took more paint than he was anticipating when he gave us the quote. But he never wavered from his quoted price and both the house and the garage looked amazing. We offered to pay for the additional paint it was taking. He refused but after we insisted, he reluctantly accepted payment for a small portion of the additional paint. One of the previous reviewers made a comment that they don't make them like Pete anymore, and this is spot on. I wish other businesses we deal with would put even half the effort that Pete does into pleasing their customers. Would wholeheartedly recommend him for any painting job.

He was very punctual and professional--did outstanding job.

Pete showed up promptly and stained my front deck. Approximately 20 x 5 and up to 15 feet off the ground. He also painted the frame around two outside doors. I was very pleased with the outcome. He did a very neat job and cleaned up afterwards

They did a great job. Used drop cloths to protect against spills. They were pleasant to interact with.

The price was reasonable and the service was immediate. They are very professional.

Pete Stephens is a small family owned company. They take pride in what they do and are great to work with. He is reliable, on time, and very professional. I would definately use them again and would wait to use them even if it was 30 days out.

Stephens Painting is family owned and family employees. They are really nice people, prompt and curtious. They addressed any issues noted and that was not many. They offer a really fair price and did a great job. If you contact them and you have to wait, they are definatley worth the wait.

Work was performed as quoted and to our complete satisfaction. Painters were all very professional, clean and courteous. Best painting job we have ever had on this house and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them for any job requiring attention to details to complete a painting project.

They were excellent. They were reasonably priced. I am out of state, but they were very willing to meet me on my time schedule.

The service was okay, but I didn't like some of the methods used because instead of taping they stapled and it put some damage on the walls. The people there were great, but it just didn't come out they way that it should have.

)Mr. Stephens was prompt in getting out to take a look at what I needed done and provide an estimate. He clearly explained the different choices I had in doing repairs(different siding materials etc) and in painting (number of coats etc). Once we decided upon the materials and what exactly needed to be done, he provided an estimate within a few hours which was very reasonable. Pete and his crew began the work the following day and completed it in a few days time. The work was all excellent and the building looks great. When they were done, everything was completely cleaned up and other than the new looking building, you would never have known they were there. I will use him again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone.

When looking for a painter, I checked out 3 companies that had high ratings (some not on Angieslist), and Pete came in at the best price. After having Pete/crew complete the interior, with some exterior to follow, I was so impressed that I asked Pete to do more... do the molding, doors, and more exterior work. Pete was flexible enough to handle issues without slowing down the job (ability to do some minor drywall work and wood work), again with speed, and professionalism. It is rare to find a business like Pete's, which is small and yet offers the quality/professionalism and speed of a large company. Pete is a great communicator and almost always will answer his phone on the first try. Next time when I need a painter, I only have Pete to call.
