Brandon the owner showed up on time as we discussed. He was very thorough when trying to find the issue. After about 30 minutes he found the electrical issue with my freezer and had it back up and running with a return visit because the parts had to be ordered. He even provided me with a temporary freezer until the part came in. If I have any issues with any of my refrigerator equipment I will definitely contact colder climate again and recommend him to anyone who has issues with their equipment.

I had my refrigerator go out after the hurricane. Brandon showed up and fixed the issue within two hours of calling. He was very professional and charged me a great price. Couldn't have had a better tech do the work
