When we discussed the project I stated that I had used a solid color and would like to get down to wood so we could use a regular stain. At that time he said we would have see after pressure washing. Once the pressure washing was done which didn't take any stain, solid or water based away, I was told there was no question I had to use solid. We had some days with rain but there were other times the job could have been done, It was small only taking a couple of hours. The deck was sprayed and the color do not resemble the samples from Sherwin Williams - could be a bad batch, guess you can not trust sample chips. The day after the spraying I discovered a small are that did not get sprayed at all and requested Gordon to either respray, he brought a can of satin which will satisfy my needs. Some aspects of the overall job weren't as good as possible but overall satisfied with the work.

Gordon was so professional. They were here, did the job, cleaned up and it was just as promised. We could not be happier.

I talked to Gordon about cleaning & Staining my front porch & rear deck!! We talked & exchanged a couple e-mails about the job & then scheduled a date!! Timothy called before arriving on the scheduled day & worked hard to thoroughly clean then apply the color I chose!! The Porch & Rear Deck looks great!!! I would highly recommend them!!!

They were here on time and finished quickly. We had waited over a year for the previous company which never came out to finish the job. Tidy Deck used one man to clean and apply the stain. I have waited to provide my rating because I wanted to be sure that the stain held up as promised.

Friendly. Few ups and downs, but at end of day they came through. Some crew coordination/availability issues. The owner was committed to customer satisfaction. Once project was started, it was completed with quality expected. Would recommend.

From the time I contacted them until the time they actually started was a little long. There was quite a few areas that had to be retouched. They did come and fix it. Over all they did a good job.

Tidy Deck did excellent work & did it on a timely basis. Communication was excellent.

The only issue I had was they wanted to come back and stain the next day after washing it. The deck was not dry at this time

Tidydeck prepped and stained our deck. While scheduling was sometimes a challenge, they did a great job and the deck looks fantastic.

They did an excellent job and the deck looks wonderful!!! It was in really bad shape and I am amazed how great it looks. Other companies quoted me $200-$300 more for same work. I could not be more pleased.
