Went very well. They were on time, completed the job in the time frame estimated and left everything clean and in order.

Mike came out in June to add some freon to our very old ac system and I told him that I would like to get a quote on a new system because it was getting costly to maintain the old one and it was sounding rough. In just a few minutes he figured several different options for us to choose from based on brands, efficiency and cost. Fast forward a month and our old system was sounding like it was going to fly apart at any minute so I called Mike, he was on vacation but I spoke with Michael, his lead technician, who was able to work us into their tight schedule on short notice due to our failing system. They were surprisingly professional and efficient, even though they had to work in somewhat rough conditions in an old spider infested cellar under my 80+ year old house, they had the old system out and the new one in and operating by mid afternoon. I grew up in the construction business and now do residential design work and have dealt with a lot of HVAC contractors big and small in the last 30 years, I would have to say these guys stood above the rest when it comes to professionalism, product knowledge, respect for customers, pricing and products offered.

Mike and his crew were professional, personable and courteous. Mike was very knowledgable. I NEVER felt like he was trying to upsell me into something I didn't need. He was very honest in his recommendations and provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. They responded promptly to my call. The work was completed on time as scheduled. I had one minor concern about the unit being level. They responded by coming out to my house within hours to ensure everything was fine. They left no mess for me to clean up, which is more than I can say for other services I have had at my house. I will most definitely use them again in the future. As a matter of fact, I have referred Souther Comfort Heating and Air to several family members and friends and they have all been pleased as well. I can't imagine working with anyone else.

Overall positive experience and will use again.
