Mrs. Rucker came out to the property, measured the length of fence to be replaced and gave us an estimate. The estimate came in below other offers despite the fact that they set the posts in concrete, where the other providers would just compact the ground around the posts. I watched the installation and was very impressed with the attention to detail and the effort Mr. Rucker and his crew put into the work. They spent a lot of time ensuring that all posts were exactly in line with each other, and that the fence would flow nicely despite dips and bumps in the terrain. They mixed the concrete in buckets to ensure it had the right consistency before pouring it into the holes. Whereas the old fence dipped up and down with the terrain and zigzagged in and out between trees, the new fence is straight as an arrow and 'floats' nicely over the terrain. We get compliments all the time from friends and neighbors on how good it looks, and each post is solid as a rock - even in the areas where the ground is pretty loose. I have no doubt this fence will last for decades. It is worth every dollar spent and more. In the coming months I will have them replace the rest of my fences, compared to the new fence I just cannot stand to look at the old fence anymore. I have no reservations whatsoever to recommend Rucker Fence to anybody. Mr.s Rucker was very professional wrt. to handling the upfront work, and Mr. Rucker was a pleasure to work with and truly a perfectionist in his work.
