North GA Cleaning & Restoration recently cleaned my mother's upstairs area and we were so thrilled by the outcome of those results, we hired them to clean our rental move-out. There were some pretty extreme stains that we were for sure wouldn't come out... but Jaime tackled these areas like a pro! The customer service is excellent as well and I will be using Jaime & Samantha for all our carpet cleaning needs as well as referring them to all my clients who are selling or buying a home. I recently had an excellent experience with North Georgia Cleaning and Restoration. Jamie did an amazing job cleaning my carpets – they look brand new! The also stretched the carpet in some areas that were in need. What sets them apart was their service- it was top-notch and personalized just for our home. They were also very affordable compared to other competitors. I highly recommend this company for their exceptional work and value. They far exceeded my expectations.

We just hired this company as a birthday present for my MIL. She has had several guests and one roommate whose dogs had made quite a spectacle on the carpets upstairs. One room in particular reeked of urine, and the rest of the upstairs had awful staining everywhere. I could not believe the outcome after Jaime finished the job… literally blown away! Not only is the smell gone, but the carpets look brand new! We just used North Georgia Cleaning and Restoration to clean our carpet and rugs. We have two boys and two dogs and wow, what a huge difference! Our house smells amazing especially one particular room that our dogs seem to love! My area rugs have been given life again and aren't embarrassing! We will definitely be using them again!
