Called us an hour before scheduled time to let us know he was picking up the water heater. Arrived on time. Water heater was behind an access panel in the narrow end of the master bedroom closet. New unit was larger than the old unit due to increased insulation requirements. He did all of the work to enlarge the opening got got the water heater installed in a reasonable amount of time considering the access issues. Made sure the tank filled and heated and cleaned up the work area.

Marshall Plumbing headed my way literally minutes after my call Monday morning. Our problem had arisen the Friday before, but we had no luck reaching the plumber we had used previously, so my wife and I endured the joys of a weekend of "alternative" bathroom solutions. We should've called Marshall first! He was prompt, professional, friendly, and made some modifications so that, should another blockage occur, we can minimize the mess in our basement. Marshall is now our GO-TO plumber!

Headed our way within minutes of my call. Very friendly and professional, and offered helpful advice on prevention and maintenance. Reasonable price. Has definitely earned repeat business and referrals!

Once called they came close to the time stated that they would. They were honest and did the work quickly!

Outside pipes started leaking. Came promptly on a Sunday. Replaced with copper pipes.

Rafael Traverso arrived on schedule - he was friendly and courteous and went to work right away to resolve the issues. He had to leave for an emergency call but came back later that same day to complete the job. His work was neat and complete and he took the time to explain how things worked and what he was doing.

Plumbers are typically 'down and dirty' guys considering the messy work they need to do. Mike was the most professional of any service man I have ever used. He had everything he needed on his well stocked truck and the work he did was picture ready - truly a work of art and beauty to behold. The price seemed a little high but on reflection, the quality of the job spoke for itself and was worth the dollars spent. I would highly recommend Mike to others as well as use him myself should the need arise.

When I discovered water at the base of the toilet I called Marshall Plumbing. I have used them 2 times previouisly; first to replace a pressure valve in my 1 year 1 month old house (of course, just out of waranty) and second, to repair the insides of the toilet tank in powder room. (Obviously, the builder used very inferior products in this home as it is only 4 years old.) For this visit, John was able to schedule the repair within a day or two. When he and his assistant arrived they put on shoe covers to prevent dirt on the carpet,then assessed the problem. They explained what they found and gave me three options, to purchase a new toilet for them to install, have them provide and install a new toilet, or repair the existing toilet are reset it. They also gave me the cost of each option. I really appreciate knowing what my options are and what each will cost so I can make an informed decision as to how to proceed. This has been the case each time I have used this company. I chose the repair and reset option based on cost. They made the repair in a little over an hour. He and his helper were professional and polite. I have found Marshall Plumbing to be reliable, competent ,and fair in addressing and repairing any plumbing problems I have had. I am not sure how their prices compare with others as they are the only company I have used since I purchased my townhome.

The technician called to confirm the appointment time and then called to explain that he would be 2 hours later because of an emergency. He arrived at the revised time and did a thoroughly professional job. He was courteous and cleaned up well after completion.

Owner arrived on time, was professional and completed work in less than an hour.

They performed a free estimate, and did the work for much less than another company had quoted. They were very clean and neat, and they will certainly be my new plumbers.

Marshall always promptly returns our calls. They provide estimates when they are here. The estimates are dead on. They do great work, though we think the pricing is a bit high. But we continue to go back to them for their professionalism, promptness and quality.

If you could see my yard you would expect a nightmare tale! My house is on a VERY high hill. Other companies wouldn't even touch it. But John Moulder & his crew took it on and did an excellent job. They moved shrubs, jackhammered through rock, installed new copper piping and put it all back together in 2 days. They hauled away debris and put new pine straw down. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends & family.

They were very professional, hones,t and didn't offer me the most expensive solution first. They did offer me the most economical. Where other companies needed to tear up my yard, Marshall Plumbing didn't have to do that way. I would use this company again.

BUILDER DID NOT BURY INCOMING WATER LINE 12 INCHES ACCORDING TO BUILDING CODE, LEFT IT ABOVE GROUND. MARSHALL PLUMBING CAME IN AFTER SOMEONE ELSE AND FIXED THE SITUATION. THEY CALLED BACK IMMEDIATELY TO SET UP APPOINTMENT, CAME ON TIME TO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT (EARLY IN FACT!) COMPLETED THE JOB, CLEANED UP ANY MESS THEY MADE AND FOLLOWED UP LATER TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. I WOULD USE THIS PLUMBER AGAIN, AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE NEEDING A RELIABLE PLUMBER. THIS IS BEST CONTRACTOR WE HAVE DEALT WITH DURING OUR HOME BUILDING EXPERIENCE!
