Description of Work: When the staff arrived they said I would have to pay more money that what was in the note and what I initially paid. I did not give them the additional 40.00 dollars they said I would have to pay for them to remove all of the items from my basement accordingly all of the items were not removed which meant I had to make arrangements to have the remainder removed myself. I did not like this at all and I will not use them again.
