Needed removal of old wooden fencing.It was about three quarters of a truck load. The interactive diagram on their site helped me estimate how much room to request. Jimmy called to let me know they were tied up in traffic but still arrived on time. They began work immediately, and were very efficient. They swept the area and were finished in no time. I would definately recommend them and use them again.

Great! The owner's son was the crew chief, and he did a great job! They went through the house room by room and collected whatever I asked them to.

Everything was perfect from arrival and departure..I was very, very impressed with this company .

The experience was a no brainer. The men came to our home, looked at the amount of junk, told us how much more money it would be based on cubic feet, we agreed and based on the size of the truck they were right on. again be prepared to pay more.

These guys were great! They hauled all my junk from my second story and still gave me a great discount. It was raining outside when they came so they staged everything downstairs so they did not have to go in and out across my carpet with wet shoes. I have no doubt we will be using them again in the future. Thanks for the great service!

I found Junk King based on the positive reviews here on Angie's List. We called them yesterday, and they were able to book pick up today. We had a Craftsman ride-on lawn tractor, a push lawnmower, and a broken down bed. The owner's two sons showed up and these two BIG boys actually lifted the Craftsman ride-on lawn tractor into the truck using their hands alone! Not only did they arrive promptly, but they swept up the debris left behind. Additionally, the owner (their father) stopped by at the end to be certain that we were satisfied with their service. I would call these guys again in a HEARTBEAT! Don't hesitate!

excellent service. They are a 'green' company, so it was nice knowing that I wasn't filling a landfill, but that the items would be used, donated or refurbished.

I found them online with great reviews and seemingly reasonable pricing. I set the appointment online and received 2 emails confirming the date and time. My window was 8-10am and they called at 7:30 am to see if they could come early. This worked well for me, so they arrived at approximately 7:25 and were done in about 15 minutes. They took the legs off to be sure nothing was damaged on the way out. They were neat in appearance, professional, courteous and very fairly priced.

They did a great job. The items were taken away with no effort on my part aside from the initial phone call to set up the appointment. i was very pleased that they even swept up some of the debris that was left in my carport (where the items were initially) after they took away the items. The workers were very friendly and professional. Overall, it was a very good experience, and should i need assistance of this nature again, i will certainly give them a call!

We noticed an Angie's List coupon on the regular Angie's Lilst e-mail offerings for dumpster service -- 5 cubic yards of haulage for $69.00, including loading of the trash -- hot diggety! I signed up for two coupons, since I wasn't sure exactly how much it was going to take, and I also had the choice to use only 5 yards at a time. Considering I had been pricing dumpsters, and the least cost I had found so far for 10 cubic yards was $250, this was a steal! As reported in the section above, they showed up close to the originally planned time (they had called ahead to say they were running a little late, but not too much, and they showed up exactly at the re-stated time, which was fine). The driver started in immediately loading the trash, and the other team member showed up within minutes and also pitched in. They were done in no time. I have never had a dumpster service actually load the trash, so this was just terrific, especially at the discounted price. Both guys were pleasant and professional, and I would definitely go to this company before other dumpster companies in future (especially considering some of the lack of response I had when I had been shopping around by phone earlier in the month for other dumpster firms in the area).

It went fantastic! They were at the very latest end of the 2-hour window they gave us for showing up, because their first job of the day was much larger than expected. But they called and gave us an early heads up about this, and then called again 15 minutes before arrival. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs junk removed!!

Thursday May 10 - Bought Angie's List coupon, $69 for $179 worth of hauling onFriday May 11 - Called Junk King on Friday to schedule pickup at 3pm on Tuesday May 15Tuesday May 15 - Junk King left a voice mail midday to say they were on time. Junk King called me at 2:45 to say that they had picked up all the debris, and thanked me for the business. When I got home at 5pm, I found that all the debris was gone, and that Junk King had cleaned up the work area completely, and restored the pine straw mulch to the area where the debris stored. Top notch service, polite, and professional. Most times these kind of coupons are met with indifferent or overwhelmed employees. This was not the case. I highly recommend this family business over the the large hauling companies I have used in the past.

I took advantage of the Big Deal recently offered. Sadly as the date approached. My wife kept finding "other things" that needed to go away, right after the Big Deal had closed so I was not able to get a second offer coupon. As to the company, they were able to schedule the call around our work schedules easily, called 20 minutes before arriving, and turned up promptly. I unleashed the full horror of the shed cleanout we were asking them to do. This is a 20 year old 12'x12' shed with a lot of miscellaneous stuff from the former owner. And the shed has large vents at the roofline so animals can occasionally get in (I did check before calling for any current activity, but it is THAT kind of shed). My wife wouldn't even enter it. They showed up, looked a bit, decided that it was about 1/2 a truckload of junk, AND offered to do the remainder of the work at the same Big Deal rate. The end result is quite amazing. They cleared, removed the junk and miscellaneous dirt and leaves, and swept up quite thoroughly. Took about an hour and a half, including cutting up a decaying pool solar reel. Totally happy.

They arrived Promptly when they said they would, inventoried items to be removed. Told me they had a sale starting shortly and discounted my quote to the sale price. Items were loaded and checked the area in my presence. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally.

I bought two Angie's Deal coupons for junk hauling from Junk King. I called and talked with a very nice person who scheduled my appointment for the first available spot which was two days out; they give a two hour window for each appointment. On the day of the appointment, the driver called approximately 30 minutes before my appointment to confirm their arrival time. They arrived promptly. The two young men (one turned out to be the owner's son, Jimmy) were very nice and professional. They assessed what I had, which was a bit more than the two coupons would cover (1/2 truck load). We worked out what would be hauled off and what I would make other arrangements for (flattened moving boxes) since I wanted to stay within the price limits of the two coupons. They didn't try to pressure me into spending more money to include the moving boxes. The work went very quickly and they were very careful. Jimmy came to the door to ask me about some scrap wood outside the basement - I'd forgotten to point that pile out but Jimmy saw it and wanted to make sure they picked it up if I wanted that done. After everything was in the truck, Jimmy and his partner swept up the garage and basement. I was extremely pleased with their work. The fact that this company recycles as many of the items as possible was a huge part of why I used them since many of my items were still very usable. I would definitely use Junk King again - they were professional, prompt and courteous.
