Junk King Atlanta North

Junk King arrived on time and I showed them the things i wanted removed. There were items in our carport, basement and in the main house. They followed me and collected the items and put them in the truck. The guys were very polite, quick and professional. i will use them again soon. It was so easy that now I want to clean out some more because I don't have to try to figure out what to do with the items i want to be rid of. Junk King will come and take those items away. Their price is excellant. I have used another company and actually called them to get a price and they were more than 3 times higher than the Angie's List price for Junk King. I inquired about their prices when they aren't offering an Angie's List special and their regular prices are still less than 1/2 that of another competitor. Another convenience was that I went on line and picked a time for them to come the next day. They could have come the same day. it's great because you can get them with a very short amount of notice.

I purchased a Big Deal from Angie's List for $69. The deal included up to 1/4 of a Junk King truck, which they advertise as 20% larger than their competitors. We had a tree fort taken down a couple of months ago when we had some trees removed. The tree company cut the tree fort down, but would not remove the remains, so we needed someone to haul it away. I broke down the pieces into a manageable pile, and measured out the size. The pile looked like it would fit into a Junk King 1/4 truck (they have details on truck size on their web site), so I went ahead and purchased the Big Deal. I called Junk King the week of Thanksgiving, and they were able to have someone come out that Friday. They showed up with their truck and 3 people. They had a couple of plastic trash bins to carry the wood pieces, and I let them use my garden cart also. The pieces were removed in about 15 minutes, and they were done. They were on time, very friendly, and very thorough in making sure all the pieces were removed (the leaves had fallen since the tree fort was taken down). Overall I was very pleased with their service. If I have any future hauling needs I would not hesitate to call Junk King again.

I purchased a daily deal and waited until the last week to call... But that was not an issue for Jimmy. He promptly scheduled a pick up, arrived on time (actually called since they were early but unfortunately I had to ask them to wait since I was on a work call) loaded everything up and even swept up when done! It is obvious Jimmy and his staff take pride in what they do. I was very impressed and will definitely use them again... Actually already bought another special for spring cleanup!

Jimmy was very polite on the phone (and in person) while setting up the appointment. He arrived on time, was very professional, and removed the items I wanted quickly and cleanly. I would definitely use Junk King again.

The first time they arrived on time but the job was to big for one of the movers. They asked if he could return with more help the next Tuesday. They arrived again on time and were very courteous and did a great job. I I got more than my monies worth and would use them again.

I scheduled my pickup for a Sat. morning with the father of this father/son co, On the scheduled day, they arrived at my home a few minutes late due to GPS/traffic problems. and apologized for being "tardy". They dealt well with the access difficuties of my intown lot and loaded the pile of "junk" quickly. There was a reasonable charge of about $20 for services not covered by my BD. Overall, I was very satisfied with this company and will use them again when I have another "junk" pile to get rid of.

The two haulers, brothers who co-own the company, were friendly, efficient and helpful. For instance, they provided suggestions for cleaning my basement and sealing the door to prevent additional debris from coming through the bottom. I had a lot hauled from my basement. It was dirty, heavy work, but neither provider complained. I was charged an additional $80 for the space I used on the truck. However, this was still deeply discounted, and was presented as an option, not as a "hidden" charge. I would definitely use Junk-King again. The truck runs on bio-diesel and 60% of the junk is recycled.

It was absolutely excellent. It was something I needed to do for a while and they came out and took care of everything for me.

We needed a very large and heave TV armoire removed that we did not need anymore and could not get rid of ourselves. Contacted company to make appointment. Appointment was easy to make and very soon. Called prior to showing up. Showed up on time and removed the very large item carefully to prevent any damage. Also it was good to know the company was a green company and items such as ours would be donated instead of being taken to dump. Good first experience.

A very professional and efficient service. I thought there service was also very good value. They hauled away all our unwanted junk. They also helped us retrieve large items from our attic and basement and brought them outside to be placed on their truck.

Jimmie and his brother John actually arrived early for their appointment (I can't say I've had that happen in quite a while!) and immediately assessed what we needed taken away out of our garage and basement, provided a quote for the difference between the half truck load we had purchased on Angie's List and the full truck load it would take to haul everything we had. It was reasonable and fair (i.e. I didn't feel like I was being over-charged for the non-coupon portion of the transaction). They then got to work and within two hours had cleared everything out and cleaned up. Absolutely great job, no complaints, pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again soon as we get to cleaning up the rest of the basement!

I called them yesterday and they were here within 24hrs. They told me they would be here between 8 to 10 in the morning. They reach out to me to inform me when they would show up and within 10 minutes they arrived at my house. 2 gentlemen came in and they were courteous and professional. They picked up what I had and they took it. Good company! They are very professional and very efficient. I will definitely use them again if need be.

They were flexible to meet my schedule and needs. They exceeded my expectations with the debris take down and removal.

The whole process went well, and was very smooth. Jimmy and his coworker were very courteous and accommodating.

We cleaned out our garage and had lots of junk and unwanted items. I was able to schedule Junk King to come out on very short notice. They came on Saturday which was very convenient. They called before coming and were very punctual. The Junk King men were very helpful loading the items on the truck and were able to take more items than we had reserved truck space for by paying an extra nominal fee. I would highly recommend this company.

They did as they said they would do -- no problems. Would use them again.

Did everything I asked and cleaned up afterwards.

I bought two Angie's List coupons for junk hauling. My wife scheduled the appointment online. The guys from Junk King showed up early. I asked them to take the miscellaneous debris first and then start on the wood pile. They took as much stuff as my coupons would allow. They were quick and very professional. I thought that the removal of the wood from the cut tree was a real bargain, because tree service companies had quoted me about $500 for the same job.

I had a moderate amount of outdoor junk (old landscape timbers, fencing, etc.) and a jumble of odds and ends from inside the house and the Van Buren's came as promised and did a wonderful job of taking everything, including a very heavy outdoor wooden structure. They were timely, professional, and very helpful. They recycle the things they're able, an important thing for me. I was completely pleased with the experience and will happily use and recommend their services.

The guys were friendly and polite...they showed up right in the appointed window...they finished loading everything in a very timely manner...it all went very smoothly...I will definitely use their service again :-)

We booked online so I was a little nervous, but the crew arrived exactly as scheduled and were extremely punctual and professional. They explained the quote estimate clearly so my husband and I felt very comfortable that the price was reasonable. We were not expecting them to help us break things down in addition to hauling, but they jumped right in and went out of their way to provide great service. We will definitely use them again.

Two gentlemen and their truck from Junk King arrived exactly at the time they promised. The men almost looked like they could have been college students, although they were slightly older than typical students. They quickly picked up the odd assortment of stuff I had for them, including an old big-screen TV carcass which was quite heavy and had to be carried down two flights of narrow stairs. After gathering everything, they cleaned up the area around the truck. The entire experience was very professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I had a great experience with Junk King.Two twenty something brothers started the business. They are responsible, respectful, and hardworking. They arrived between the time window. The concrete blocks (about 20) were in the back of the yard. They were the foundation for a dog kennel. I showed them the blocks, still in foundation form and about 50 yards from the truck, and they began removing them. They even noticed two blocks near the fence, and asked if I wanted them removed too. The chipper was rolled and lifted for removal. They try to recycle useable items. I will definitely use Junk King again.
