I needed a bunch of junk in my garage removed. I got a coupon for this company and contacted them to schedule a day. I was able to get an appointment within 3 days. They should up on time and quickly removed everything. Even without the coupon, they would have been cheaper than the national company I have used in the past (1-800 . . . ). I'll use them again and I recommend them to anyone needing to get some junk removed or clear out space in your garage.

First of all I bought this originally as a $69 deal through Angie's List. It was for 1/4 truck or hauling 5 yards of waste. It was very easy to make an appointment, via phone, and they even said they could come out the same day, but I chose to have them come out to my house on a Saturday. They arrived at the specified time frame in which they said they would arrive. (Between 11am and 1pm.) When they arrived at my house, I showed them all the junk in my garage that needed to be hauled. The driver informed me that it was more than what my deal entailed, so I just told him to take the biggest items. He said he could take the whole thing for an additional $60. I didn't mind because I needed ALL the junk to be taken away anyway, so I went ahead with it. After they packed all the junk in the truck, the guy realized that the junk didn't take up as much as he thought it would -- turned out to be about 1/3 of a truck total -- so he only charged an additional $30 instead, which I paid by check. They did all the work and took all my boxes and broke them down and everything. If I were to change one thing, I would have preferred to pay the $30 by credit card, but I guess the driver wasn't prepared to take credit cards at the time. In the end, however, it was a good experience overall, and would recommend and use them again.

The guys were prompt, courteous and thorough... they went above and beyond what I asked. I scheduled via the 800 number and they sent the crew from MACON not from Atlanta, so I want to make sure the right folks get the credit. Definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

I responded to an Angie's List super special - 50% off. Junk King was featured in Angie's monthly mailer as a Top Rated favorite in our area. I left a message to schedule the pickup, received a call within an hour. Scheduled for the following Monday. They gave a pick-up window, and called to confirm. Called to tell me when they were almost here. VERY polite. Very friendly. Did not mind my loud barking dog. Quickly removed all items - in freezing cold rain - and did not make a mess. In fact, cleaned up the area under the house where the worst debris was, and moved, stacked bricks, cinder blocks neatly. More than pick up and hauling. Extremely impressed with courtesy, professionalism, response, efficiency, and price! Exceeded expectations.

They were extremely professional, prompt and reliable. They will move and haul away any large items from your garage, etc. We are thrilled to finally free up more space in the garage! They were so nice to deal with, great guys.

I took down a rotting garbage enclosure and put the debris on the curb. The garbage company didn't take it. The recycling company didn't take it. We were in the process of getting estimates when A Big Deal for Junk King showed up in my inbox. The price was right so we purchased the Deal. Minutes after the purchase I called Jimmy and set up a pickup for the next morning. Saturday morning, Jimmy and his co-worker came on time and picked up all the debris and even cleaned the curb with a broom. Jimmy shared the story of how he started this business with a family loan after finishing college. Great service from a great American small business success story.

They did what they said they would do and when they said they'd do it, then called and confirmed the work that was done From the phone conversation, I was confident that I didn't need to be there, and I was right. Will use again.

First of all, Junk King arrived on time, they told me they would arrive by 8am on Saturday, they pulled up to my home at 7:45; punctuality, a must with me, Excellent, Excellent, Excellent,! Junk King was very very professional and friendly! I had several large items that I had been storing in my basement for several years, i.e. couches, mattresses and bed frames, bicycles, baby cribs etc... They did all the lifting they removed everything I asked, they left no debris or trash. They were fast and efficient! I will definitely use their services again and have recommended them to neighbors, family and friends.

I called Junk King on a Sunday and they came the very next day (New Year's Eve). They walked through my home taking note of everything that I wanted removed and they quickly gathered the items and took them away. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I will definitely use them again!

The team arrived as scheduled. My Angie's Big Deal coupon was only for 1/4 truck load, but I definitely had much more - a full truck load. Jon quoted me the extra amount it would cost me and I agreed. The team worked very diligently removing all of the construction debris I had stacked in my back yard and on my patio. They completed the job in about two hours. They were very thorough in the clean-up efforts, making sure any dropped material was picked up/ swept up and loaded onto their truck. Excellent service ... Top-notch job!

Overall the experience was great. The agents arrived on time and quickly removed two items for me. I wish I would have had more items to go. The agents were friendly and I believe the entire process took less than twenty minutes. I would definitely used Junk King again.

They called to let us know when they would arrive. They sorted the junk/materials and proceeded to load their truck. They also sweeped the garage when they completed the job. Couldn't have picked a better service, to do the job. Very, very pleased.

Perfect. They were very flexible on schedule and timing. They called 20 min. ahead of time advising of their arrival, which was exactly at the time they had estimated, despite the fact that it was pouring rain. They were very polite, reviewed with me the work to be done, and how much had to be hauled. They cleared up the garage in 10min, and then swept it clean after finishing. Very nice!
