The Junk King guys did a great job, called to confirm the appt, were on time, took care of some additional odds and ends without issue, and completed the job in less than an hour. Great work and great professionalism.

Jimmy Van Buren had given me a window of 10am -12pm for the work. He called at 9am to ask if they could come by earlier which worked very well with our schedule. Jimmy and his brother were two of the nicest, most professional young men that I have had the pleasure to work with. They were entirely respectful of our home and took precautions to ensure that nothing was damaged during the process. They even took the time to sweep out the area after they finished. Many of the items were very heavy or oversized and difficult to transport. Although we have a walk out basement, they had to carry each item from the lower level of the side yard up and across the front yard to their truck. Their truck was in excellent condition and did not leak any fluids or leave any marks on the driveway. The coupon we purchased was for 1/4 truck (volume) and was $69 (normally $168). I knew that the load that we had would be considerably larger and expected to have to pay for at least another 1/4 truck or more at regular price. Jimmy was very generous in his computations and charged us an additional $90 which I felt was very fair. I was also impressed that they try to recycle any items that can be. He also provided me immediately with an email receipt for my payment of their services. I would highly recommend them for any hauling job and would gladly use them again.

Went well as indicated, courteous, early, professionals. They answered all of my questions. Were fast, picked things up I could not. Cleared things away quickly and cleanly. Offered to sweep up afterwards.

I purchased this service as a "Big Deal." I made the appointment with them, and about half an hour before they arrived, they called me saying they might be a little late, as traffic was heavy. They were only about 15 minutes late. Both men were personable and careful. They carefully backed their big truck halfway up our driveway, without damaging anything. For the Big Deal, they hauled away 9 cubic yards of accumulated basement junk. They only refused to take liquids, as in paint cans or old insecticides. We would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone!

We had a lot of construction debris on our property, we wanted removed. They showed up as scheduled, covered all options, and completed the job quickly, and left no clean up. Would recommend.

I emailed the company to ask specific questions about what would they pick up and how much room it would take up on their truck. They answered my questions promptly. I was able to set up an appointment for them to come out and pick up my junk. They showed up on time and removed my junk quickly and efficiently.

Scheduling was easy - called on a Wednesday for a Saturday appointment. Showed up on time on Saturday morning and called ~20minutes before arriving as promised. Quickly surveyed the stuff to take and got to work. Polite and efficient, swept up areas as finished.

From the moment I called to make an appointment to the tidying-up afterwards, Jimmy was very professional. Jimmy had called me to let me know he was 15 minutes away and that was in the timeframe he had previously given me. I was afraid that the price would be higher because "my junk" appeared to be more that the agreed upon load for $69. But Jimmy didn't charge any extra. I was quite happy about that!

I took advantage of a Big Deal and am still thrilled with the experience. Had been putting all the stuff we knever used anymore in the garage always intending to get rid of it. After the garage sale and after the Salvation Army, the boys got my garage cleaned out in less than 20-minutes...half a truck full. Prompt, friendly (delightful actually) and when they found something still usuable, they squirreled it away to recycle. Then, they cleaned up! Out came the broom and bada boom! Don't procrastinate; get it done...say goodbye to all that stuff!

They took great care not to hit walls and cleaned up very professionally when done. Could not have asked for a better experience.

I used Junk King to haul off stuff in my garage that couldn't really be donated to Goodwill (i.e. and old mattress set, busted outdoor furniture). They arrived on time and loaded the truck really quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Junk King is incredibly responsive -- we got answers to questions and booked for pickup on the date of our choosing within minutes! This is a friendly, family-run business who more than lives up to the description of their services. We feel we got more value than promised by the single coupon -- they certainly hauled away more junk than we expected at no additional charge. And the clean-up afterwards was meticulous.

They were fast. I would definitely call them again.
