The haulers arrived on time and were very courteous and helpful. I contracted for a "half bed" amount of removal. However, the junk took the entre bed of the truck. I offered to pay for the additional amount but they insisted I not pay any more. I'll definitely use this company again.

On time and courteous. Not much to say except everything went as scheduled. I had a coupon but had to pay a little extra since I had more junk that the coupon was good for. This was expected. Thanks for great service!

Jimmy, at Junk King, was courteous and professional in answering the phone when I called. He scheduled the removal of the old TV for early one morning before I had to leave for work and quoted a reasonable price. Jimmy and his brother arrived on time - actually he called that morning to say they could come 30 minutes earlier (much to my delight) - and arrived when he said they would. Jimmy and his brother, John, were careful and cautious in handling removal of the heavy TV and conducted themselves in a polite and professional manner.

My wife and I had tons of old furniture from our college days. Most of it was not even donation worthy and worn out. We went through the house and tagged everything - I couldn't believe how much there was! Afterwards, we realized we could not get the items out of the house ourselves. My wife was pregnant and several items were very large. That's when we called the Junk King - they came and removed everything in just an hour. They were very professional and did not damage anything. It was a huge help and we will use them again!

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for the service and could not be happier with the result. Everything went exactly as planned. As a matter of fact, they even called to say they could show up a little earlier if that was convenient for me, which it was. I will definitely use these guys again and refer them to anyone needing items hauled away. It made me feel so much better knowing that they actually do recycle as much as possible of anything and everything. Just AWESOME all the way around.

These guys returned my initial inquiry call quickly. When I asked about their availability they told me they could be out in as little as 2 business days. We settled on a date and time and they showed up 3 minutes early! They were able to take all the items I had set aside for junk removal at the agreed upon big deal price. Punctual, professional and at the right price.

It was difficult to get a scheduled day for pickup because the Junk King was very busy. But on the scheduled day they were on time and great to work with. They removed all the items as requested in a short period of time.

Terrific experience. Very professional and pleasant gentlemen who arrived on time and quickly hauled everything away. It was raining that day and they even removed their shoes so as not to track mud on my carpet!

I was incredibly impressed with Junk King. To remove the wood pile they had to carry the logs uphill and then up a flight of outside stairs, which made it very difficult work. They didn't charge extra for this, so I went ahead and paid for them to haul all of it away instead of just part of it (as initially intended). It was so exhausting that they asked to come back another day with more men, which was fine by me. I found their rates to be highly reasonable especially for the volume and difficulty of the work, and will certainly call them for any future hauling needs I may have.

I contacted Junk King using their online form. The response was prompt. We had to change from my requested date, but it wasn't a problem for me. They arrived on the scheduled day in the rain, and provided a quote for all the items. I had a deal from Angies List, but anticipated that my junk pile was larger than what was covered in the deal. I accepted their quote, and they promptly loaded the truck. The service even included sweeping of the basement floor afterwards!

We had to do final trash removal from basement and garage in preparation for listing our house for sale. Junk King came exactly as scheduled, and took everything away. Couldn't have been easier....for us!

When I purchased the service of Junk King in January I was not really sure just how big 5 cubic feet was, but it was plenty big enough for me. I also chose a later date that fit my plans and schedule. Junk King had no problem with a delayed service since my coupon was good for 6 months, and the service date could be changed again if needed. One or two days before the pickup date I was called by a very polite man to be sure I was ready for the pickup of my 5 cubic yards of stuff. On the date, 2-26-13 about 20- 30 minutes before they arrived with their cute red truck, they called to say they were very close to my home and would be there soon. They were right on and arrived very shortly after the call. I really appreciated their courtesy in letting me know when they could arrive. Two very nice young men, Jimmy and John got out of the truck and we all walked to my basement so they could begin hauling. We chatted about just what would fit in my space on their truck. I was so happy to know that they were able to take everything I had planned and hoped they could take. These young men were very clean cut, friendly and I felt very comfortable with them in my basement, back patio and yard picking up whatever I pointed to. Through our friendly conversation I learned that they are brothers and they work for their family business, Junk King. There were not any questions and after they loaded all that I had planned for them to take, but they came back and said that there was a little more room left if I had anything left for them to haul. What a nice way to do business. I would call them in a minute next time I need their hauling service. No doubt!!

They showed up when they said they would - were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Besides being efficient, they were enjoyable to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again and will definitely recommend them.

They were extremely nice, professional and honest. They showed up even dressed in polo shirts to move everything. I would definitely recommend them.
