Professional in EVERY way 1. Confirmation number when I called 2. Immediate follow up email confirmation 3. Because I was going to be moved already and not there, they asked me to leave the Angie's Voucher where they could find it, which I did. I told them if there was an overage to please call and I'd take care of it while they were there. 4. They called me when they picked everything up to confirm it had been done. 5. There was an overage but said since everything was neat in trash bags it wasn't as hard so please just consider them next time I needed something. 6. Now I'm moved in to new house, and they will be getting a call. I own my own business, am in sales, and am not easily "wowed". These guys read the book.

The people were very professional and friendly. Work was done quickly and the communication was prompt. I will be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

The guys called me when they were around 30 minutes from my house and were very prompt, courteous, friendly and hard working. My coupon was for 1/4 truck load of debris and they were done in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend them for junk hauling.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. After speaking with them, they suggested that I would probably want to purchase more of their specials because I was doing a big move and after they got there, I would have to pay the full price. I ended up getting 3 of the specials. They were really honest. I ended up using all of the specials and I needed to buy one more and they ended up giving it to me at a discounted price. They were very nice. He also told me that I didn't need to use all of the specials at one time. They did a really good job. They hauled everything out and I didn't have to touch anything. They made it so easy. I called around and this was definitely by far the easiest and less stress-free. I didn't have to worry about hauling anything except getting it to my garage.

Junk King was AWESOME!!! Easy to deal with from the start. They did everything requested and more. I definitely appreciated the fact they called prior to arriving, showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were in/out in just under an hour. They went above and beyond to make sure all debris was clear - and even toted off a couple additional items that weren't discussed in my original quote. I was happy to pay the additional fee for the overage (which was STILL less than other hauling services!). I am happy writing this recommendation and will definitely utilize Junk King when the need arises again!

They did a good job. They were on time and did what I asked them to. They arrived early in the morning and finished it quickly. It was very pleasant and professional.

They were fantastic. They were courteous over the phone in scheduling an appointment and while at my home. They were prompt, had a 4-man crew, finished the job in about 20 minutes, and cleaned up the work area after loading up all the junk. The Big Deal was $69, but as I ended up having so much more junk than anticipated, I paid an additional $30. That charge was totally reasonable and fair - very good pricing. I highly recommend Junk King!

Very happy. They had shoe covers and protection for carpet. They were prompt and curteous.

Within 30 minutes of buying the service through Angies List, Junk King emailed me and we setup the service. They arrived on time, took inventory of what was to be removed and reviewed the cost. I had more stuff than the Angie deal covered and they were great with working with me on the price for the remainder of the items. It was a very easy and fast process.

After 5 moves; 3 children; and living with pack rats it was time to haul away some junk! I received an "Angie's List Big Deal" coupon to get junk hauled for $69! My prayers were answered and I was all over it. junk King was very easy to do business with. I scheduled the pick up with enough advanced time to sort through the good junk and separate it from the bad junk and it was on. They were quick, clean, and efficient. I will be using them again for the Spring Cleaning.

John and Ray came and saw and conquered the huge pile of junk. They arrived on time, loaded the truck to capacity very quickly, cleaned up and charged what we had agreed. They were very polite and friendly. I can not think of how the job could have gone any better. I wish I had more junk just so I could use Junk King again.

They were great - prompt, friendly, somehow clean. Called 15 minutes before they arrived for an 8-10 slot (at 7:45am) and were here at 8am. They loaded, clarified the need, asked me to ensure all was done to my satisfaction, and off they went. Add that service level to the ability to schedule online, it was flaswless.

I purchased the "Spring Clean-Up", which was a great deal. Wonderful company and very nice people! Very professional...they were very careful and worked quickly (even though it was pouring down raining!) Scheduling was easy and fast and they came exactly when they said they would. They exceeded my expectations and I will hire them again when the need arises. I strongly recommend them!

I used the Angie's list deal to get a haul away truck. They were great! Came in on time. I had a bunch of yard debris that happened to be wet unfortunately for them. But they picked every last piece up and hauled it away within 30 minutes. Process was painless and they were very professional. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. Thanks!

We used them within a week of the purchase. The experience was positive. I had no problems. They came, they caused no damage, they were friendly. I would recommend them.

I called on a Monday and was very pleased to be able to schedule for only 2 days later. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and articulate and did a great job explaining the service and fees to me, including letting me know that I could purchase additional space on the truck at the same discounted rate as my coupon. On the day of the job, the Junk King workers called 30 minutes before their punctual arrival to let us know they were on their way. John and David were friendly and likeable, well dressed, and very professional. I also couldn't help but notice how clean their truck was! The truck ran on bio-diesel and was very quiet. We did a walk-thru/orientation of the building to be cleaned, which was quite detailed as some items were to be taken and some left. John and David paid attention during the orientation, and were able to work unsupervised without error. They also thoughtfully loaded the truck to maximize the amount of trash they were able to haul away. My wife and I exercised the option to buy additional space on the truck, so John and David took additional trash we had not originally discussed. These guys worked hard and efficiently without a break until the truck was completely filled. They went so far as to secure tarps over the load to keep it intact. The job took approximately an hour and a half from start to finish. My wife and I were very favorably impressed with the service provided by Junk King, as well as with John and David. We will be using them again. All in all, Junk King performed their service with the utmost professionalism, and I highly recommend them.

The only thing I might note is that when moving a large cabinet from an upstairs bedroom, they accidentally snapped off the portion of the light switch that was not flush with the wall. This is a minor repair, but I wish they had brought it to my attention at the time. Overall, they did do a very good job and I will use them again.
