I called to set up a pick up time. The team called before the appointed time to say they were on their way. They showed up when promised and quickly loaded up all the trash. They even swept the driveway before departing. The crew was very courteous. I would recommend Junk King and will certainly use them again. Thanks!

Junk King was obviously pretty busy, so it took a day or two to schedule the job via email. They showed up on time, took everything I wanted them to haul away, then offered to let my wife add some more junk in since we hadn't filled the capacity we paid for. They moved everything including the wet mattress a (now fired) contractor left sitting in my side yard. Best experience I've ever had with a hauler, hands down.

We bought a big deal for one of our clients (we're in real estate). They contacted junk King and schedule a time for them to come out. The client said they were easy to work with on the phone, the truck was there on time, and the guys were very professional. The amount of stuff they had exceeded the amount allowed for the Big Deal, but they were very reasonable in charging him for the overage, and they were extremely helpful in moving all the stuff from the basement into their truck. My client was extremely satisfied with the whole experience.

. Purchased the $68 deal and called Harry at the Junk-King office on 7/1/2013. Harry set up an appointment for 8:00 on Wednesday 7/3/2013. Received a call about 15-20 minutes before the scheduled time. Jimmy and John arrived on time and quickly loaded everything into the truck. We had a bit more junk than we thought, so after a quick call to Harry, we paid an additional $40 for the job, which was well worth it to us. We were very pleased with the prompt attention, punctuality and professionalism of this company and highly recommend their service.

The service provided was exceptional. The workmen were professional, prompt and talented ( knew exactly what they were doing.They took the time to tell us how they would preform their duties and made sure to assure me they would not put one mark on the walls coming down the staircases, and they did not. If we ever need any more hauling we will be sure to call Junk King Happy in Ga.

two of the nicest guys came to give estimate . we scheduled date. they arrived on time ... went in two rooms plus walk in attic to collect our 'donation' ... and the garage ... we had a truck full ... awesome experience

It went great. They were the so fast. I called very last minute and they were able to come that very morning and get the couch. Fast, professional and very nice people. Would definitely recommend.

They were very friendly, and picked up more than the advertized amount for a small additional fee. They left the area clean after they finished.

I booked online around 3pm on the day before I wanted my estimate. My appointment time was for 10am-12pm for an estimate on the cost to remove the pile of junk. The email confirmation of my appointment came promptly and let me know that the crew would call before they arrived. The crew called about an hour ahead of the scheduled time and let me know they were on their way, and could show up earlier than scheduled if I preferred. I said yes, and they arrived 30 minutes early. They quickly assessed the situation, gave me an estimate and then asked if I wanted to go ahead with the job. I used the coupon for $30 off, and they started right away. The crew did a FANTASTIC job of gathering up (quickly) all the debris and items I had set aside. As they were cleaning up, they noticed a stack of cardboard boxes I had already broken down for the trash and they offered to take them as well. The crew was very polite, professional, and courteous. They completed the work in less time that expected, they were punctual and kept me informed of their arrival time. I could not ask for better service . . . they did all the work, and it ended up costing me less than renting a rolloff dumpster and doing the work myself. Don't hesitate to call Junk King!

I just called them after finding their number on Angie's List and they told me when they would drop the dumpster off at the place in Dahlonega. They delivered it right on time at a great price. They gave me up to thirty days to fill the dumpster up. I filled the first one up in a couple of weeks and had to order another one. They came right out and picked the old one up and put me an empty dumpster in its place. I am still working on filling the second dumpster up.

My experience with Junk King was phenomenal. They arrived on the scheduled date and even called to let me know they were running a bit late. Once they arrived, they got right to work. I simply pointed out what we wanted removed and they went to it! They were extremely polite and worked quickly and efficiently. They honored the $100 coupon for Angie's list members and even threw in an additional $50 discount. After the truck was loaded, they even swept the driveway and garage. I've owned my home a long time and have used many service providers; some great and others not so much. Junk King definitely impressed and I'll be sure to use them should the need arise.

They are just ordinary people whom I hired. This is the second time I've used them. My experience with them was good the first time, that is why I called them again. They are just good people, very friendly and very helpful.

Very friendly team of people. They were very helpful in pulling out all the junk from our basement and letting us know how much more room in the truck was available. My wife and I were very please with Junk King and will use them again when we are ready.

They service they provided me went very well. They came with their own truck and went down into the basement area and just cleared out everything I wanted them to take and piled it up there and hauled it all the way.

It went well. It was easy to set up the service. I was able to do it all through email and it was great. Two men showed up no the day of service with the truck. They were professional and courteous, which I really appreciate. Originally I paid for 1/4 of the space of the truck. And I had more things to dispose. Was told I need more space. So got another 1/4 for $70 (same as the Big Deal that I purchased). I still see space in the truck when it's all said and done but I don't know how to argue it... But they moved everything. And it was quick and easy. I would use them again but I would shop around, too now that I have an experience to compare with.
