They arrived timely. They took direction very well. They were respectful of moving things in and out of my house, over carpeting.

We've now used these guys three times since March and everything goes the same way...JUST RIGHT. These guys are great to work with...from the time I call them, they are flexible in trying to work within our schedule for pickups...and they always show up on time. They are also just really nice and professional people that my wife wasn't concerned about having in our home when I'm not around...this is VERY rare in our experience. We were finishing our basement to create a mother in law sweet and had a huge amount of junk that had been accumulated over 20+ years with 3 kids. While we took a lot to Goodwill there were still several loads worth of junk that we needed help with. Getting down to the basement is a pretty long walk down steep stairs and these guys just charged in there to get at the stuff. On one trip it was raining (surprise in Atlanta this summer right?) but they got it done in record time...and got soaked in the process. I have nothing but great things to say...I would use Junk King again and strongly recommend them to my friends!

We had a stack of junk in our driveway, they showed up, told us the amount, it fit within the Angies List Coupon, we bought the coupon then, and they took the stuff and left. Showed up prompt, very courteous, and quick. Would recommend.

There were no additional charges. The $68 was for a certain amount of space in the truck. They were excellent. They were easy to contact. They were right on time and just very professional and did everything they were supposed to do. I was very pleased.

The guys called to see if it was OK if they came out a bit earlier than my appointment - which was awesome! Typically when I am given a window of time for the servicemen to arrive, I end up waiting all day for someone to arrive. They loaded a truck full of junk in no time - about an hour I think. I was amazed at how fast they were. The team of two was extremely polite, friendly and made sure to alert me if they came across anything they thought would be of value to me to ensure that I indeed wanted to junk it. They even cleaned/swept up the mess left after removing the junk from the garage. I would absolutely recommend and/or hire them again! As an Angie's List member, I ended up paying about $288.00 for a full truck load of junk which typically goes for well over $400. I also like that they try to be as green as possible by recycling whatever possible.

More of the truck capacity was required than the $89 coupon. Well worth the additional amount. Crew (of two) was polite and efficient, with helpful attitude. Responsive scheduling. Crew called asking if it would be OK to arrive a bit early. Absolutely will use again. Strong recycling, repurposing ethic, i.e., taking bicycles and furniture right away for donation.

It was an Angie's list Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. They made an appointment and they showed up on time. This was my first time using them. They did a timely service and they were a friendly crew so it was all good. I would recommend them to family and friends.

They were very good, they were excellent! There wasn't anything I disliked about them. They didn't take tires but that's a law. They were great. They picked up all the debris and cleaned up after themselves. They took dead branches and swept the street and everything! I have nothing to compare their prices with because I've never done it before. The quality of their work was excellent. The responsiveness was very good. They were right on time and called to let me know they were on their way.

Went very well. They called to see if they could come early, which they did and everything went well. Would use Junk King in the future if I need anything removed and hauled away. Easy to do business with.

I made contact with Jimmy and was pleased with how responsive he was to my calls and emails. We set up an appointment for them to come to pick up 1/6 of a truck load for the $68.00 coupon deal. They came out as agreed (they were even early) to give me an estimate for the amount of junk I had (they will go ahead and haul it off at the same time if you reach an agreement). We reached an agreement and I paid $70 plus the $68.00 I had already paid through the Angie's List coupon. I gathered up more junk and they came out again a few days later, again for the $68.00 deal through Angie's. I was happily surprised to be able to use the coupon twice They said the $68 coupon is worth $128 so if you need the whole truck (which costs $198) they deduct $128.00 (the real value of the coupon) off the $198.00. As I said the charge was an additional $70 for me for the first load. I am giving all these details because I sadly underestimated how much 1/6 of a truck of junk was. It is not much. Other than not getting as much junk hauled off as I thought I would, I was very pleased with the service. Too nicely dressed young guys came out in their red. logo shirts, worked hard (it was a very hot day) and gathered up junk from various place around my yard in a short period of time. They even hauled off two extra bookcases off my carport for an additional $10 (after I unloaded all the junk from the bookshelves, which they did not take). I tried to get them to take one more folding table, but they would not. They were friendly and courteous. I would use them again. If you do, just remember 1/6 of a load is NOT the same amount of junk as you could get in the back of a pickup truck. My son came a few days later and we loaded his pickiup truck up to take items to the thrift store and althugh his was a short bed truck, we took more than they took. But they really will go around your place to wherever the junk is and you don't have to gather it all up for them. They charge by how much space your junk takes up on the truck, not how much time it takes them to load it.
