Easy to schedule - very flexible and quick. The guys were great. They moved broken furniture from the basement and garage to haul away and were very careful to avoid walls and furniture in the house.

Guys arrived on time and were very clear in what the coupon would cover and what the additional cost would be if I wanted everything removed. They removed everything quickly and were gone in 15 minutes. The two gentlemen were very polite and professional.

One Angies list big deal for $70 wasnt enough and had to pay an additional $70 after he arrived, Questionable as to how big a load is too big....Thought that for the total job i paid way too much....

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out fine. They honored the coupon. They were efficient in picking up the stuff. They were professional and quick about it. They were going to donate the stuff to charity.

The service turned out very well. There were no additional charges for the service. They were quick, clean and friendly. They actually dropped the entertainment center off at the donation site which was what I really wanted to do. I did not want it to go to the dump site. They were on time which was important for that day because I had a busy day. It took them less than two minutes to get everything out and it was not in a single area but it was just where it was. They came in and moved it. They tore what they could down and took it out. I sure would use them again. There were probably four guys that came out but only two of the guys really did the work. The other two guys may have been outside helping them load everything but only the two guys took the stuff out of the house.

Two service men arrived to remove the junk. They called to ask if they could arrive a little early, which was fine. They quickly and efficiently removed the items I requested. Everything went very well.

This service was great. They called ahead of time, were available early, so they asked if they could come over early. The guys were very professional, and even refused to come through the house, as they did not want to risk tracking any dirt through. In addition to the gas grill that I needed hauled away, I had also had a large portion of a tree (about 8" section) in my front yard that was blown down by a storm two nights before. They offered to pick it up and haul it away, since I had more space available in the truck that I had purchased by did not use. Definitely a good purchase, and one that I'm grateful for. I would recommend them, and will use them again if the need arises.

Wow, this company is really customer focused. I will definitely use them again! I've never used a junk removal service before and was hesitant to do so. They came and quoted the service on the spot (very competitive pricing) and removed what I asked them to remove. They also took the time to clean up with rakes and brooms and left my property as if nothing was ever there.

It was a simple transaction; after all, picking up junk is not complicated. That being said, Junk King made it very easy and painless. Scheduling the pickup was simple, he 2 workers and truck showed up on time, they did their work quickly and took everything away I asked them to without any hesitation, questioning, or complaints. Overall a very positive experience.

Jimmy called ahead of time to see if he could arrive a few minutes early. They were professional, friendly and extremely efficient. I had all the items but one in the garage and driveway. A large projection TV was on the lower level and they took this out and around the house closing the gate behind them. I am very pleased and know I will use them at least once more this year. I would have taken at least two hours of my time plus a rental truck to get rid of this clutter. Great service!

I used a storage POD for a long distance move from Atlanta to Texas. Unfortunately, all of my furniture did not fit into the storage unit. I had to leave a lot in the house I was selling. I called Junk King in the midst of realizing my furniture would not fit. It was an extreme situation because I was leaving to go to Texas the next day. Therefore, I had to make arrangements for my real estate agent to meet with them. Junk King was very prompt and professional. I bought an Angie's List coupon for $68. I had to pay extra for the amount of items which were over the $68 coupon limit. I was very pleased with their service.
