Junk King Atlanta North

Junk King arrived on schedule to give us an estimate on the removal of our hot tub. Of three companies contacted they were very responsive about coming out to give us a free estimate. The estimate was within the range that we were quoted over the phone. They were also available immediately to remove the tub if we agreed. Since we had been trying, for several months, to give the hot tub away (with no luck) , we agreed to have it removed that day. The crew from Junk King went right to work and within an two hours that had the hot tub completely removed and hauled away. They also removed all decking material that they had to remove in order to get the hot tub out. Once they were done, they totally cleaned up the area of all debris. What really impressed us was that they were able to remove the hot tub without damaging the fence surrounding our patio area.

I had a very good experience. I would highly recommend them. Two young man showed up, they did everything we asked them to do. Very, very pleasant, agreeable, hard-working and knocked it off faster than I thought they could. They were very good. They showed up on time and they left earlier than what I predicted.

These guys are great! It is the second time I have used them. I was moving out of my house of 30 years and had an incredible amount of stuff that had accumulated. They showed up on time and even had to call in a second truck which showed up promptly. They are very professional - I recommend them to anyone who needs stuff removed. I like the fact that they sort stuff as to what can be recycled before just taking everything to the landfill.

Customer service provided a quite before I scheduled the work. Employees arrived on time and were very professional. Amount charged did not exceed the quote. I was very pleased with how smoothly they made the process.

They arrived early. They were very personable and professional. They even noticed some old vinyl records and set them to the side that I missed. I was so glad they found them. They said they do check for things that can be recycled and put them to the side. They were very fast and I would use them again. I would recommend them at my first opportunity.

Guys took one and a half truckloads of debris, plus an old refrigerator. I forgot the guys names but they were some of the hardest working, nicest guys i've hired. They took an old moldy refrigerator that the previous tenant had left in the garage, plus a huge amount of lawn debris. Guys did a great job. All for the price of a large dumpster with out all a dumpster companies "fine print charges" I wish I could remember the crew's names because I would recommend asking for them. Really a good bunch of hard working guys. Will call them again before i bring in a dumpster company. I'm pretty tough on my crews and subs but couldn't have been happier with these guys. They did a great job.

Junk King was very professional, from confirming the appointment, to sending staff that were a pleasure to work with. They removed the items from different locations in the home and were loaded and gone in 15 minutes. I will definitely use them again.

The men picking up the mower were very prompt. They called about 20 minutes before they were to arrive. They made the removal of the mower effortless. I appreciated their friendliness and professionalism.

Before purchasing the Big Deal from Angie's List, I called Junk King to confirm what they would haul and if what I had would fit in the space allowed for the "coupon". After purchasing my Big Deal (which I found to be a GREAT price), it was incredibly easy to set up my appointment with Junk King. They gave me a two hour window that was convenient for me. Everyone I talked to was professional and courteous. The guys on the truck called about 20-30 minutes before arriving, which is what I was told they would do. They arrived on time. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't have to do anything. They worked quickly & effectively. I could not have asked for a better experience! I would HIGHLY recommend Junk King! And I will not hesitate to use them again!

These two young courteous guys called ahead, arrived on time (actually slightly ahead of time), loaded all my junk and all I had to provide was my Angie's list printed receipt. I'm very pleased to have the old lawnmower, rusty wheelbarrow and three dead dehumidifiers gone - it was stuff the garbage pickup service would have charged a ton to take. Excellent experience and I would definitely use Junk King again.

They were great! I spent an additional $40 beyond the big deal amount. The main guy was very friendly and very enthusiastic to help. They arrived on time. He called me before hand. They didn't have any issues doing what needed to be done. They were really good all around.

We were so very impressed with Junk King-North Atlanta and especially John and David, our workers. We called yesterday and were able to schedule for this afternoon. The workers called late morning and shared they'd be available earlier if that worked for us. The young men arrived promptly, removed all the refuse and encroaching weeds, killed a Copperhead at my request hiding in the debris, and completed their task quickly and efficiently. I asked for cards so I could share their information with our grateful neighbors. I am already looking forward to using this same company for our future garage clean out and any other times we need junk removed from the premises. They were able to schedule pickup within two days of my call. They were on time and David called to say they were on the way. They were very professional and pleasant. They applied the discount for removing 1/6th of the truck to that portion of what was 2/3rds of the truck. It was an all-round excellent job. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends!

The driver and his assistant (father and son team, I believe) were excellent! They were very friendly, showed up on time, and even called on their way. They were a great and I would definitely use them again! At the Big Deal price, they were much cheaper than the Waste Management dumpster bag. Great service!

The service they provided was good. My only caveat is the price. I'm not sure why it cost me so much to move so few belongings. They were in and out within an hour, and he informed me that he was honoring so many discounts, which put me in disbelief when I received the bill; especially when taking into consideration the bill after these "discounts" would leave one to assume that the regular price is very exorbitant. They were very prompt and extremely fast in their service, which gave me no time to process or gauge the value of the work in respect of what I was actually charged. I will use them again ONLY if I could get an estimate first and a price upfront before the service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out fine. It was great. They lifted some very heavy stuff and took it off. It was more than I expected because it was an old weight bunch. A lot of the stuff they took was really heavy. They were on time and they did what they were supposed to. The price was right. I plan to use them again.

Junk King arrived exactly on time and loaded everything we had into their truck efficiently. Everything went smoothly and I will definitely use them again. It was great to know that they recycle as much as possible before dumping what they cannot recycle.

Great Price. Great service. Scheduled an appointment for 10am on a Friday. They arrived at 10:02, they also called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. They were finished in minutes. Could not have gone better and I couldn't be any happier. I can finally park in my garage!

They were great! Very professional and friendly. When the fridge was moved into the home years ago, the movers spent hours trying to get it in-- they even took the basement door off as the only solution that would get the fridge inside. The guys with Junk King took about 15 minutes-- when it didn't fit through the door they took the door stop off so the door would open all way and the fridge went right through. On time, professional and courteous-- would highly recommend!
