Everything went well. They were very professional, reliable, and willing to work with us.

They completed loading all the debris, in the pouring rain, and sweeping out my garage in less than 30 minutes. They were very professional, courteous and prompt and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I bought the Big Deal that gave me 3.5 cubic yards of hauling for $59. They sent a message to my Angie's List account, which I responded to. They then asked that I call to schedule the service. I had actually called before I bought the deal, to make sure I understood it. I scheduled the service to be done within a week. On the scheduled day, they called to ask if they might come earlier in the day, which was fine. When they showed up, the two guys were extremely professional, polite, and efficient. They loaded up my stuff and took it away. It was great. The one point of confusion for me was getting an idea how much extra it would be above the coupon value. They have a nice estimating tool on their web site. For the three items I wanted to get rid of, the estimate had a "window" of $40 from high to low. In my mind, I thought they would show up and measure everything, then convert it to cubic yards and give me a price. But it works more like the guy eyeballs your stuff, and says how much of a full truck it is. So it's not as precise as I imagined. I guess that makes sense, but I was thrown off by the precision of the 3.5 cubic yards on the coupon. I knew my three items would be some amount more than the coupon value, but I didn't know by how much. But they were nice about working with me to get done what I wanted. I have two small suggestions: 1) On the estimating tool, you can put in dimensions for a custom item. But when I did that, I couldn't get it to calculate an estimate for everything. I had to just use the standard items they have to select from. 2) In the original message I got in response to buying the coupon, it asked me to suggest a couple of days for my service to be scheduled. But when I replied, they just asked me to call to schedule. So I didn't see the point of asking me for the days I wanted. Aside from those two things, I have no complaints. I would definitely hire them again.

Junk King was in the neighborhood so they came early. Which was fine.with me. They did charge me more than I had paid for. I was surprised I had to pay more.. When I received a call from them I wish Junk King would have told me the job might be more than I had already had already paid them..

They called me before the scheduled appointment and actually were able to come earlier then scheduled. Removed all the debris including a bathtub,vanity, large mirror, and loose tiles just laying on the ground. Did the job quickly and with no issue.

I tried contacting them over the phone and they never got back to me so I had my Big Deal refunded.

It was okay. It was a pleasant experience. We found out when they arrived that the $59 only allows you to fill up 1/6 of the truck. We didn’t know how large the truck was and when they came it wasn’t enough so we purchased more space so it was about double the original Big Deal cost. I still feel the price was fair. There was a misunderstanding with the Big Deal description and advertisement, but everything was okay. It should have stated $59 was only for 1/6 the truck in the advertisement.

They were very professional - asked me about items they weren't certain about and whether I wanted to keep them or not. Very helpful in cleaning out the rest of my house to get it ready to sell. I wish the prices were a little lower but it wasnt horrible. I plan on using them again.

It was great! The provider called the day before to confirm the appointment and arrived on-time the next day as promised. The service was quick, easy and efficient. All of the junk left in the house by the seller was piled into the garage and removed within 15 minutes. They were extremely professional! I would highly recommend Junk King and would definitely use them in the future.

They cleaned out my attic and basement along with a few things in the yard. They were very courteous and thorough. Will use them again in the future.

They said that we had more than the voucher covered. They charged an additional $65 but did haul off an additional sofa and chair so all in all it was worth it. They were punctual and did a good job.

They were able to pick up items from a house in Georgia without my presence (I live out of state). The owner of the franchise contacted me as soon as possible, and was able to pick up the items much sooner than expected.

The service performed was excellent! The crew was friendly, very professional, prompt, and FAST. They quickly removed a lot of junk, and even honored my Angie's List voucher for discounted service for an additional 1/3 load of the truck. Junk King is a top notch business, and hires great folks to work for them. I will be using them in the future, and recommending them to all my friends.

They arrived early, had a three man crew to carry out the big ancient television sets I have been trying to get my husband to remove for five years, and were finished in less than 10 minutes. Very nice and professional team. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

They called ahead which is always appreciated. When they arrived they instantly knew I had a bit more junk than the special called for, which I had figured already. They had a price listing ready and considering the amount of junk I had, I thought it was a fair price. They hauled the junk away in no time and we finally have space. In all it probably took 10 minutes total clear out all the junk we had piled into the garage. Very please, would use them again!
