I was happy with the work that they did for me.

Outstanding!! We had more junk than the AL deal; however, the extra charge was very fair. A+ communication, very professional and quick.

When I spoke to them on the phone, they told me to gather up more stuff, that they'd have more space. However, when they got to my house, they said it was too big of a load. I had a sofa/loveseat for them to haul. There seemed to be a disconnect between the receptionist and the haulers. They did take my sofa without charging me more, but they need better communication.

The guys were friendly and professional. We will definitely use them again should we have a need for this type of service in the future. They worked quickly and efficiently and took anything and everything we asked them too. Definitely worth the price.

It went very well. They were very prompt, efficient and courteous. They were excellent to work with. I purchased the big deal and they did everything within the price of Angie's List, I didn't pay any extras.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was perfectly fine. They were perfectly nice and polite. I didn't have any problem with anything. They were overly nice. They were friendly and nice people. I felt comfortable with them. They were very good at what they did. I would never pay full price because they didn't have to do enough for the price. The Angie's List Deal price was perfectly fine. They didn't take as much as I thought they would. They came in and did what they needed to do.

They were on time, professional and I was satisfied aside of having to pay more than what I had paid for the deal.

It worked out really well. They are fast, professional, polite and just do an amazing amount of lifting and carrying and getting rid of stuff in a very quick time. They turned out great. We like them enough that we are planning to use them again.

Customer service was excellent and quick to respond. Service men were polite and took the time to explain their service and price. Highly recommend and will use again.

It went well, they called before arriving, even helped lift the fence (a little wire fence) from the ground for me, and disposed of it. The price was as advertised, good customer service.

I called yesterday and Jimmy answered. I told him what was needed to be hauled away from my house. He told me about the specials offered right now. I needed his services very quickly. He told me he could be there the next morning. He also said that he would give me a call aheD of time to let me know he was on his way. He called. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He charged exactly what he said he would. I am very happy to have found Jimmy Van Buren at Junk-King of Atlanta and will definitely use this company in the future.

These folks are good. They were right on time, called to let me know they were on their way, and once there, called to confirm what they were finding before junking it. I was at work while they were emptying my condo, and they even sent a before photo of the junk so I could confirm the content, and then an after photo of how cleaned up the collection area was. I'd use them again!

Pricing was not as clear as it should have been.

The guys were great. Many items were heavy, and they did all the lifting. Their pricing was very fair.

Expedient, thorough, couterous

Though my service was scheduled for around 2 PM, I received a call about 11:30AM asking if they could come early. I agreed. These guys arrived and promptly got the mattress, springs, and one TV out. I had pulled my garden tractor and cart around to the back and lower level of the house to make getting the big screen rear projection TV up and around the yard to the driveway. They lifted the TV and held it in place while I slowly drove the cart and tractor back to their truck. Now there is no way that I had to do this, as they would have just used a hand truck, but the ground was soft and this was so much easier and besides it was the way my son and I got the TV downstairs in the first place. They soon had everything loaded and kept asking if I had anything else, so I let them take a pile of junk and some old skylights that I had been saving for who knows what. Still they asked if there was anything else. I was not prepared for so generous an offer to keep loading stuff on, so I said no that would be enough for this trip. I would like to have them back at some point and really do some housecleaning. Great guys. Very professional and a joy to work with.

When I first called for an estimate, the truck arrived on time after calling me to confirm and advise arrival time. The technician talked with me about the work we were doing to the house and then suggested we wait until the demolition was completed -- he quoted a price. I called on Friday Jan 3 to schedule a truck -- they scheduled for monday Jan 6 between 11 am & 1 pm. They called to ask if ok to arrive at 10:30 am. They were courteous, professional, and even swept up the garage floor to remove all small pieces left from the debris pile. The price was explained to me in detail -- they credited the amount I paid for the promotional offer.

The service was very good; he did a good job but I did not know I had already paid for the work when I purchased the big deal and he charged me a second time.

They are great. They got the job done in about an hour. They sent out a crew of 3 people to do the job. They showed up within 15 minutes of their assigned time. This is the second time I have used them.

Very polite and knowledgeable. Services we requested exceeded voucher value but the total price was discussed and we agreed to the work . We will definitely use them again.

They came out with a smaller truck, however I purchased the larger size. They were able to accommodate me. It went pretty good.

This is the 2nd time I've used Junk King and they are wonderful! They contact you immediately and set up an appointment, even on Saturday, because I wanted the service ASAP. They are very professional, polite and prompt! They called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. They are careful when moving items in the house (a large bookcase had to be taken from upstairs) and efficient. Any time I need hauling/clearing - I'm calling Junk King.
