Staff was professional, timely and courteous. My only disappointment was a significant amount of mud tracked on my carpet.. Accidents happen but I was disappointed. I would probably use them again to give them another chance to do better next time.

I was scheduled for pick up between 9:00-11:00. The driver called to inform me their arrival time. They arrived at the time stated. The team was very friendly. I showed them the items to be removed and they quickly removed the items. They were careful not to damage surrounding areas as they moved the items. My overall experience was great and I was very pleased with the service. I will definitely use Junk King again.

Great experience. Very friendly crew that took care not to damage my house, despite removing a very heavy armoire from an upstairs bedroom. Would absolutely recommend them, and will use again when I replace my basement furniture.

They arrived on the scheduled day and were prompt. Actually they arrived before their scheduled arrival time window, but only after they called first to see if it was OK to arrive earlier than scheduled, which it was. They were professional, friendly, and took care of the pick-up without a hitch. They provided exactly the service I needed. They arrived and left in less than 20 minutes. After driving my mom back to Atlanta after a 2 month stay we discovered that our freezer was no longer working and the food had spoiled. It was a very foul smelling area. After contacting Angie's List representative I explained the issue but gave him the hard job of finding someone to haul it away on that same day Or the next which happened to be on the week end. The representative (Nick) found a Company and arranged for the work to be performed. I called the company at 2:39 pm to provide the addressand they called me back at 3:19 pm and picked up the freezer 30 minutes later. They were on time, very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend then for future service.

It went exceedingly well. They each introduced themselves; 3 man crew; and we walked the house before they began. Then, I got out of the way and watched them go at it. They decided an order under which they'd load and then stuck to it, carrying the appointed items out in their turn. When they finished, they took their push broom and swept the entire house, the front stoop, and the bit of driveway leading to their truck.

They arrived on time and picked up what I expected. I had to pay more for some extra space.

Junk King of Atlanta was quick to respond when I purchased the special on Angie's list to schedule the pick up. They called to inform me they were on their way the day of the pick up. They quickly removed items from garage and were on their way. Extremely polite and professional. Will most definitely use again if needed!

I have a rental property in Atlanta but no longer live in GA. I am in the process of getting ready to put the condo on the market and had numerous appliances (left by an old contractor who was using my condo as storage) many still working that I needed removed as well as some remnants of a remodel in progress (AC, Furnace, Hot water heater). I contacted Junk King and made arrangements for them to show up the afternoon of the day that I was flying into Atlanta. Junk King was ahead of schedule, so they showed up just as I had landed at Hartsfield (I ultimately got to my condo about 5 minutes after the originally scheduled time). Since I had a lock box on the door they were able to follow my instructions and remove the items I wanted removed. Unfortunately, since I had the new AC put in while I was still in Virginia I did not know that the AC company had left the box for the hot water heater filled with various old pipes and packaging in the Condo. Since I didn't know this, I wasn't able to tell them to take this away also. I contacted Junk King and they were more than happy to come back by when they through my neighborhood again and pick that up also. It took about 2 days, but they did indeed make another stop to pick up the remaining materials. Very professional and trustworthy company, I would use them again.

The group was on time and haul away items that had been organized for pick-up. He instructed me on ways to dispose of paint cans which was very helpful.

Arrived on time. Very courteous. Didn't even blink an eye at the hefty treadmill and elliptical to put into the truck. These guys were great. Will use them again if needed and would definitely recommend. Price was very reasonable.

The crew was professional, courteous, and likable. They worked hard to pack all our yard waste on the truck and cleaned up well. We had a pile of limbs 4' high that started out as a compost pile but kept getting bigger and uglier with the neighbors contributing- now its all gone and the backyard view is much improved. As far as the other huge pile of brush, you can picture small trees and at least 3" limbs we had cut off the fence line. We wanted to avoid the substantial effort to cut, bundle and move it to the street for the city pickup. In both cases Junk King provided the labor to move the yard waste to their truck and load it. And we avoided killing the grass and/or squashing the landscape at the street while waiting and waiting for a sanitation pickup. I highly recommend Junk King for whatever hauling you need done. This was my 3rd time using them.

Did a GREAT job. I was not home at the time, but left everything out by the curb. Junk King came by, picked everything up and sent me before and after photos. Will use again, next time I have some serious debris hauling. Job Well Done.

The Junk King guys were great. They arrived on time, quickly reviewed the job with me, then moved the junk quickly and left the area better than it had been.

They were top notch, professional and did it quickly. I couldn't be happier. My wife couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to anybody and will use them again for a variety of things I have coming up.

I was told over the phone that the special $88 for $128 worth would cover the above items/ one sixth truck but once she Jimmy saw what I had, he insisted that it was one quarter truck or an additional $40. I ended up paying $128 for $168 worth of junk. I did save $ but do be prepared to pay more!
