It went great! These guys were wonderful! They went beyond the call of duty and even got an old hot water heater up and out. They cleaned out stuff that had been in my basement for years. I would definitely recommend them.

They called ahead, came on time, picked up the furniture with ease and were gone. Excellent!!!!

It went fantastic. I received an email to schedule my pickup and they came 2 days later. It was just before Christmas and they even asked if they could come earlier than originally planned and I was happy to oblige. They were done in a matter of minutes and my garage was once again clear of clutter. I would recommend the guys at Junk King in Cumming..they were awesome!!!

Jimmy and his team were terrific. They were clean, efficient, and extremely professional, removing a queen size mattress, a large changing table, and set of cabinets from my home. Total time was about 15mins, and they were so quiet that they did not wake my sleeping wife and children. I would definitely use them in the future, and recommend them to friends.

I needed a pile of yard and building materials removed. I bought the Angie's list deal and they came out the same day and carted everything away. Very quick and easy doing business with them.

They were very very good. They gave a date and a time, they showed up within five minutes of that time, they took 20 minutes to complete the job and were gone. I have absolutely no complaints about them. When people tell me that they will do something and actually follow through with it, I'm pleased with them. When they do it very efficiently, I'm even more pleased. Two man came that day and both of them were very friendly.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I simply had to point out all of the items I wanted to have hauled off and they did the rest! They even cleaned up afterwards. I don't know why I haven't used these guys in the past.

I would trust them to correct any mistakes that are made and therefore can tell others that they can trust this company in their home and on their property. I do not know that many other companies would go the extra mile to make it right. I had been unable to get a good resolution for a few days so I had written them a bad review. I was honest with them about this when I gave them one last chance and called Jimmy one last time, and he gave me the refund anyway, trusting that I would also do the right thing and leave a positive review. To prevent the miscommunication I had with junk king, I would recommend that send them a message through the Angie's list web site after buying a big deal, do that you have what you want in writing. Then try to be on site when the job is done. They admitted they could have called me to make sure no additional items were taken past what was wanted, but this sort of thing can more easily happen when all communication is via phone. I highly recommend having that written record so both you and the service provider have a better experience. I would ask junk king to try to get customer emails when scheduling and send an email confirmation of the appointment and job description. I think it would be better for both them and the customer. It would also prevent address confusion, which we initially had but sorted out pretty quickly.

They are very professional. As any furniture leaving or coming into my house has to go over stairs, I can not move it myself and it is worth it to me to pay someone to remove it and haul it away. These guys were great, very helpful, punctual and professional. I will use them again when I have items that need to be taken away.
