Excellent! I had purchased a Big Deal and then added some additional things to bump the price up a bit. I felt the price was very fair. The courtesy call when they were 25 minutes out was a nice touch. I highly recommend Junk King if you have junk you need hauled away and no means to do it yourself!

Could not have gone better!!!! Arranged service within 24 hours of me making a decision - Rebecca was great to work with - price quoted was the price paid. Took them about an hour and a half - hard working left no mess behind. I would recommend them in an instant. These people can be trusted!!! Another company I contacted last week still has yet to reply to my e-mail request for an estimate.

My experience was wonderful. They took before and after pictures of my junk since I was not there when they arrived. I felt very secure with everything they took and they followed up well. They called beforehand and arrived 10 minutes early. There were 2 men here doing the work.

They did all the work! I only needed to show them which items to take out of the garage, the house and the yard. I didn't have to bag it, box it and haul it to the curb. Even after taking all the items out of the garage, they swept out the garage - that was great. This is the third time in the past 6 months that I have used Junk King and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Very professional employees and courteous and reasonable rates. Thanks for taking the stress out of my life in figuring out how to get rid of all this stuff.

I had some flat cardboard and of course that would have to go in the additional payment it couldn't be added to the current load. And of course the 30% senior discount price is never mentioned. Nope, do not recommend.

I did use them already and they were very prompt, showed up when they said they were going to show up and that was it. No additional charges. I actually just had a television of big screen TV that we were getting rid off. They were very courteous and responsive. I would use them again in the future.

I was surprised that when the company arrived I was told it would cost an extra $100.00 more since my load was more than the coupon covered. When he called ahead of time, I told him I had a small truck load which I thought was pretty accurate. I was wrong. I do think it is a way to get one to purchase a coupon for $59.00 for hauling. But, then just remember that is only for a small portion of the truck. I had to pay an extra $100.00 because I had more than coupon covered.

Everything went great -- 1st truck arrived and it was clear from the beginning that I had underestimated how much it would be. Without a complaint (at least not to me <g>), they arranged to have a 2nd truck come by to help with the rest. In the end, they were there for about 2 hours and took away everything that I had asked for. They also found a couple of items that they gave back to me and not junk or keep for themselves; items that I had completely forgotten about. The $ 320 amount above was after using the Angie's coupon for a portion of the truck. While it may seem expensive to some people, knowing how long it would have taken for me to get this done -- it was definitely worth it.

I booked the appointment on line, and received a confirmation immediately. The day before the scheduled pick up I received a reminder email. The truck driver called about 15 minutes before they were to arrive, exactly as scheduled. A visual inspection of the items to be removed was done and I received a very fair, and lower than expected quote. Everything was picked up in less than 45 minutes. Both workers were extremely professional, polite and careful of their surroundings. They even watched out for a possible escaping cat! I would certainly use Junk King again, it was a very positive experience.

This is my second time using this company and as the first time, everything went great. They are probably the friendliest people that I've ever paid to come to my house (and I've had tons!) They are polite, careful and efficient. Scheduling was a breeze and pricing is great. I will use them again!

I was pleasantly surprised by the demeanor and professionalism of this provider. I admit I was expecting a scruffy looking, low-rent kind of company, I guess just based on the name "Junk King". I was also worried they would come and try to upsell me and charge me more than the amount I paid on the big deal. Exactly the opposite happened. These gentlemen were clean cut, professional, and very polite. They actually agreed to take my neighbor's old exercise equipment free of charge, as I hadn't filled my portion of the truck yet. I ran into one of the guys as he was leaving another neighbor's house (warning...neighbors will come out of the woodwork when they see truck, everyone has junk!). He tried to apologize to me for leaving to give a quote, as if I'd mind that he spent 5 minutes away! All in all, this is one of the most satisfactory services I've booked from Angie's List, and I can't recommend Junk King enough.

They were friendly and removed all my debris quickly and cleanly. I was very happy with the service and will use them again.

They made an appointment at a time convenient for me. The day of the appointment they called to ask if they could come at an earlier time. As it turned out, an earlier time worked out better for me. They arrived at the earlier time as agreed and picked up the items without question. Since volume was less than the 3.5 cubic yards for the Angies Deal, they even offered to discount the job - which I declined. They did a great job and without hassle for me, so it was well worth $66 deal.

These guys were SO friendly and helpful. Price was incredibly reasonable and they were in/out in no time. I will absolutely recommend them to friends and use them again in the future.
