Overall great experience with Junk King. They called to let me know they were on their way, showed up on time and removed the scrap wood very quickly. Was quoted a lower rate over the phone but that was items unseen, immediately told me the new price which was not much higher than quote. Would def. recommend.

I chose Junk King because their price was the best in town. I was quoted up to $125 just to remove a refrigerator. The gentlemen that came out called to let me know they were on their way, and were super friendly. I will be telling anyone I know that needs items removed from their home to use Junk King!

They showed up exactly when they were supposed to and were done within 30 minutes. I had slightly more junk than the angies list deal was for but it only resulted in a slight increase in price.

other than the fact that i had to change my first appointment due to company's truck breaking down my experience with Junk King is rated excellent. The 2 gentlemen that came to my home were on time and very professional. they took everything I asked of them and it took no time at all. they even swept out the area when they were finished.

It took a total of 3 days and 5 truckloads to get all the junk. Jimmy and crew were great in every respect. They are friendly, courteous and do all the dirty work with a smile on their faces. They were flexible while we rescheduled frequently as we had to wait for dry conditions to get down the rocky dirt road to the rural property. They always called/texted to let us know they were on the way and showed up on time. They did an amazing job and we are extremely grateful. We will definitely use them again.

We recently purchased our home and the previous owner did not do any kind of maintenance to the backyard which includes many trees and shrubs. My husband and I cut down several of the trees and did some major pruning to the entire yard but did not have anyway of disposing of the debris. My husband found Junk Kings on Angie's List and was able to make arrangements for them to pick up the yard waste the same week. At that time he also purchased the deal they were running for $89 for a partial truck. We figured it would be more but at least we could get a discount on part of it. We were given a time frame for them to arrive and they called before arriving to ensure we would be there. They arrived in a very clean truck and both men wore a uniform and were very professional. They assessed our pile of debris in our backyard and gave us a quote that it would only be an additional $40 (sine we already paid $89) We were very happy as that was about half of what we thought the total would be. They moved all the debris from the backyard on to their truck and left little evidence that there was a pile there to begin with- they did an excellent job! They were accommodating as I had a 3 month sleeping inside so they didn't ring the doorbell when done and simply locked the fence back and left. I would highly recommend Junk Kings to anyone and we would use them again!

The guys were punctual, professional and pleasant. They swept up the bits of debris under the pile. Many don't bother with that. I would definitely use again.

It went very well. They were very good. They came out immediately. The day that I called them, they were right out that day or the next day.

When I called Junk King they were very responsive. The appointment was scheduled quickly and the two fellows that came were professional and courteous. They called in advance to ensure it was okay to arrive early. Very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to call them again.

They were highly responsive and quickly removed all the items I had for the big deal price. I recommend them.

These guys were prompt, polite, and pretty awesome moving the junk out of my garage! I plan to use them again. I so appreciated that as they loaded up the junk, they were careful to put back in place remaining items. Excellent service!

They were quick and efficient and did all of the moving of items out of the basement.

It was a great experience all the way around. He showed up on time, did the work I asked for efficiently, and even did a couple of things I hadn't expected him to do.

They showed up well within the time frame provided. They worked with my schedule and accomodated a saturday pick up.Employees were very pleasant, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.

the two men called within the first half hour of the window, arrived promptly thereafter and set to work taking my junk. Because I had considerably more than the Angie's List deal, they charged an additional amount, which still made the overall cost less than alternates. They were neat and thorough, even picking up some pieces which I had forgotten, but was very glad to be rid of. They worked very quickly. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again should I have a need.

Much of the junk I was getting rid of was not too extraordinary but I had the longest sofa I have ever seen (about 8.5 feet and made in the 60's) and a file cabinet that was "fire-safe" because it had concrete between the layers of steel (HEAVY). The two gentlemen struggled some with the file cabinet but they got it loaded and they were very gracious about the experience.

I've used other services for junk removal in the past. Never again! These guys really surprised me with some of the best service I've had in years! My pick up window was 12-2pm. Ray and David called ahead and told me they were running a bit ahead of schedule and wanted to know if they could come at 11:30. Very courteous. When they arrived, I asked them if they could remove their shoes as my wife and I suffer from allergies. They were happy to (this is a problem with some contractors). They were friendly, very professional and the price was great! Thanks so much Ray, David and Junk King! I highly recommend these guys!

They were awesome and reasonable.

Scheduling was very easy. They came on time, removed the amount of junk promised by the coupon. They were very friendly. Would use again.

They worked their tails off and got the job done much quicker that I thought they could. I had a love seat, entertainment center, huge old TV, a heavy recliner and a bunch of smaller items. It ended up being a full dump truck load. Their special discount for Angie's list customers really made a huge difference. They certainly earned the tip I gave them.
