We are getting our house ready to sell and had quite a bit of trash that needed to be picked up. We reached out to Junk King on Thursday (Friday was a holiday) and set up a pick up for Monday between 8-9AM. They called us before they came out and were here at 0815. Extremely professional, fast, and courteous. I would highly recommend these guys and would definitely use them again in the future.

Jimmy and his crew showed up and in about an hour had the truck full. They were great! I would recommend them for sure.

They were great. They showed up on time and had a crew with them. In fact, they told me that next time, not to worry about bringing all the items to the driveway... that they would go fetch them for me! They were very courteous and professional.

They came by and the service I needed done did not apply under the Big Deal coupon. I used their services anyway though and just paid them directly. It went well.

First, I want to stress that the gentleman who arrived onsite were very professional and polite. They called ahead, arrived precisely on time and performed their duties admirably. However, I was quoted one price in their written estimate, but when they arrived, the price had suddenly increased nearly 150%. Totally unacceptable! Utilizing the estimate calculator on their website, I specified that I would require the removal of one sofa and two tables. The estimated cost was presented to me as $68 for half a truck. I accepted this price and scheduled the appointment. However, upon arrival, the guys, after inspecting the items, said that the price would be for a 1/4 truck and would cost $168.00. Obviously, I objected, and after some negotiation, they reduced the price to $128.00, which is still 88% higher than what I had been quoted! I paid the $128.00 because I didn't have the freedom to take another day off from work and reschedule with another provider. But, I must confess to being absolutely incensed. These individuals clearly provide a valuable service but, I find it utterly dishonest to provide an estimate that is so far off the mark as to be useless. I am very disappointed.

This is the second time I have used Junk King. They are always prompt and courteous. They called to schedule a time, showed up on time, loaded up everything and were on their way. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking to get rid of anything they no longer need, want or use.

They were punctual, Junk King arrived at 7:55am Saturday morning (appointment was for 8am). They were friendly; I'm not a morning person (especially on Saturday's) but the guys from Junk King were very accommodating! I would definitely use their service again and I've told many of my family and friends about them.

Call before they arrived and arrived within the original time that was set. Two nice workers. They took control as to what had to be hauled and were careful not to trample anything where they were working. Very courteous.

The guys were great! It was raining which made it a little difficult removing some of our old stuff, but the guys didn't miss a beat. They were on time and helped us calculate how much space we had to use and what would fit without going over.

Junk King is the best. They have professional corteous people, who worked with integrity and best of all, gives the best pricing in the industry. They picked up extra items, no extra charge. Prompt service, great communications (call prior to service time), all around best people. I will use them for all of my removal needs! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
