They did a wonderful job. My original appointment was 2-4pm. They called to see if they could come earlier if I was available. I was available earlier and they arrived on time. I was only available to meet them but could not stay until they were finished. It was David Johns and Paul Gessel that came out. They were so pleasant and nice. They got the instructions and said they could send me pictures before they left and send to me to ale sure I was happy with the work before they left. David called when they were done and they not only removed the debris but they raked the leaves under the house to make sure they got everything. There were at least 5-6 inches of leaves under the house. It looks great under there. Better than I expected. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs junk removal. I am so happy to have the job done, quick, good price especially with the Angie's list promotion, and with such good service. It's hard to find customer service that not only meets your expectations but goes above and beyond.

Arrived within agreed upon time and quickly performed pick up service requested. The team ( 2) were professional and courteous. I will use again if needed.

Very, very courteous and helpful. Junk King even offered to move one large carpet for us from our old home to our new home at no extra charge (about 4 miles distance). They cleaned up very well after removing everything and you could tell that they perform this service frequently because as we walked through the house and exterior, they asked about certain items that I may have glossed over. Would definitely use them again!

Junk King contacted me right away through the messages on Angie's list and set up the appointment. The crew called me 15 minutes before they arrived. They were very professional and loaded everything quickly and were on their way. Didn't waste any time which I appreciated because I had to get back to work.

I will call upon them again in the near future to come and remove another pile of junk. I love that I can just make a big pile of what I want hauled away, call them, show them the pile and they take it from there. Very nice people to work with.

You aren't going to find nicer people in the business. They were on time, so very courteous, and did an excellent job of hauling away a bunch of junk I needed gone. They took a large old grill, rugs, tables, lawn furniture, and the rest was just plain old junk that collected in the garage. I can't say enough about this company and the people who work for it. Thank you so much! I would do business with Junk King over and over again in the future. I was SO IMPRESSED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I first called to set up the appointment for that day I was told the would come between 11:00 and 1:00 o'clock on September 25 2014. On September 25 2014 they called at 9 o'clock and told me they would be there in ten minutes I thought this was great because if you had other things todo that day you were able to do them they were very professional and very polite . I would highly recommend them.

Great. The offer did not cover all the work that I needed done, but they went ahead and completed the job without charging me more money.

When I called to schedule the appointment, the lady was very helpful and informative. I got an appointment for 48 hours later. Junk King came to my home in a clean well marked truck. The two young men who performed the haul away were very polite and professional. They arrived 5 minutes early, and finished the job in about 10 minutes. They were so easy to do business with. I will definitely use Junk King again!

They showed up on time and did an excellent job of removing everything from old refrigerators to old grills. They were very professional.

They were really great! I have used them twice now. There are usually two people here doing the work. They had to haul away a lot of stuff for me. They are very nice and they always show up on time.

They have always been really great! Their prices are good. They are very helpful. They help you carry all the stuff and help you load it so you don't have to worry about that. I believe there were additional fees because we had a bunch of bricks and stones (heavy stuff) we needed hauled away.

The two men that came to our home were extremely professional and friendly. The furniture that we had was extremely heavy and it was a very hot day. These men never complained and worked very hard. It was such a relief, as I could not have done this on my own. They solved a big problem for me and made it easy as we'll!

They came and did what they were paid to do.

We thought it was a different service so we did not end up using the big deal.

They were very professional while scheduling the appointment. They also called me to confirm the time and let me know when they will be coming (within the window previously scheduled). They explained how they price the service and it matched my expectations. They also pulled out a few posts that my boyfriend was not able to pull out in time. They did that out of kindness and charged nothing extra for it. It took about 30 mins for them to load my fence into their truck; their were a lot of pieces.

Very professional and focused. Completed in an hour. Workers were very professional.
