Jack's service was excellent; he was on time, worked diligently and carefully, all the stains in the carpet were removed, and the carpet dried very quickly.

The only thing that will surpass the quality of Jack’s carpet cleaning is his friendliness and customer service. Jack cleaned the carpets of a home that I will be moving into in the next few days, hopefully. There were some coffee, food, makeup stains, etc. Jack consulted with me prior to the cleaning to let me know what he thought he’d be able to get out and what he won’t, but in the end he removed all the stains. The carpets looked fantastic. To top it off, he only uses organic safe cleaners and minimum water. So you green conscious folks out there like me, you’re in good hands.

The carpets look beautiful. Jack told me if the stains come back he will re-clean for me. But, so far none have returned.

Fantastic! Jack gave me a price over the phone based on my description, expectations and the photos I sent. He went over his method with me, as well as answered all my questions about his products. He called me on his way to our appt, so I knew exactly when to expect him. All pieces look great! And smell clean too! These are well loved furniture pieces by both kids and animals and they all cleaned up better than I expected! We have hired him to come back out to clean all our area rugs! Cannot say enough good things about Georgia Jack's Organic Carpet Cleaning. Jack is a great guy! Have been working with him for years and I have used him on several occasions for various things. He is always super professional. He communicates any issues ahead of time so there are never any surprises. All his services are always performed extremely well and with care. It is hard to find quality companies now in days but Jack is someone you can definitely trust. Highly, highly recommend Jack.

All I can say is amazing! I was ready to gut the carpet and have it replaced but Jack worked miracles on numerous pet stains. The carpet looks brand new and the odor is gone. The carpet is about 15 years old but looks brand new again, feels soft to the touch and it dried within about an hour. He does not soak the carpet with water or bring in large hoses attached to a truck. He's very easy to work with and very reasonable. Will definitely hire him again.

Great! I'm truly amazed. I was very skeptical and thought that I would have to replace them, but all the stains are gone and the carpets look like new. Jack arrived on time and was finished in an hour. There wasn't any odor. I could walk on them in @ 2 hours. Thank you.

Jack did a great job! He was on time, called prior to visit to confirm and was professional and courteous. Cleaned my light colored carpet, got all the stains out and the price was very good. Jack is very friendly, professional and does a great job. He arrives on time, does a fantastic job cleaning my carpets (even removing pet stains). When Jack is done he cleans up and you never know he was there except for the clean carpets.

Called me prior to driving to ensure I was home and available. Swept the floors and pre-treated stained areas. Review the work afterwards, focusing on areas that were previously stained.
