Highly recommend! My septic system decided to back up on a Sunday morning in my VRBO rental house while occupied by travelers. Jeremy arrived in less than 2 hours of speaking with him! He truly exceeded my expectations with quick response, then pumped tank & unclogged the drain pipe to completely solve the issue for a very reasonable price! We had a septic problem on a Sunday morning. They responded immediately. They showed us the problem, quoted a price and returned Thursday to resolve our situation. They kept us informed each step of the way. Before covering up their work. They asked us to come and look at it. A person could not hire a better company. Also, I was able to pay online as soon as the job was completed.

Jeremy, the owner, and his crew went above and beyond on my job. Very rare these days to find a quality service provider like Freshwater Septic! I had to replace my entire drain field and the job was complicated due to various constraints on where we could replace it on the property, affecting a little over one-half acre of my property. Jeremy devised an approach and solved the problems, including cost effective electrical work that turned out to be more involved than anticipated. So, we did encounter some unexpected challenges along the way, but he was flexible and worked with me in partnership such as working around other landscaping issues and landscaper schedules, he is very honest and always did what he said he would when he said he would, and consistently went out of his way throughout the project to make sure he exceeded my expectations. Just one example ... he came back 3 weeks after the final installation to re-grade my property after several heavy rains and settling of the excavated area... at no extra cost!! You will simply not find a better provider for septic services, anywhere. Thank you Jeremy!

Jeremy is very knowledgeable about septic systems! He spent a lot of time talking to us about the problems we were experiencing! He was very efficient in diagnosing the problem ( a very unusual one)!
