+ 0 moreMike did a comprehensive market analysis to help set realistic expectations. He defined his marketing strategy, which he executed. Communication on showings occurred at least weekly, some times twice a week. He also provided a wen that showed all activity and feedback from showings. My wife and I smoke. A lot of people failed to look at the house because of the smell is smoke. I resolved that by having all the ducts cleaned and having ServPro fog the entire house. Two other items: the condition of the laminate floors and the maintenance of the flower beds. Mike coordinated replacements of the floor with a company he uses. Their prices were great. Mike and his wife cleaned the flower beds and installed new mulch. No cost for the landscaping. We moved out of Indiana so ,Mike represented us at closing. Excellent service throughout the experience.

Description of Work: We are remodeling our basement and Duncan Heating & Air put in a brand new 2 ton Trane system, as well as all the duct work. They also put in a vent for the microwave in the new kitchen, a dryer vent in a new laundry room on the second floor, and a combustion vent for an existing heating system. They showed up exactly when they said they would, very knowledgeable and took time to explain things when we asked questions, they were fast and very thorough, not to mention they are the nicest people! After the job was complete, they cleaned up all their stuff (and then some!) We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others. Excellent work!

+ -1 moreThey are very nice people and do great work however they didnt start when they said they would. When they did come they would never finish. It took them about a week and a half to get the work done. They did a did offer a ten year warranty which I felt stood above the rest. They also offered great pricing compared to the other quotes I got.
