+ 0 moreIt's not your usual pests, ants and bugs. They consider squirrels to be wildlife. They also have exterminating. We just don't use them for their exterminating service. We had flying squirrels and all that, running around the attic. They were very good. I would give them A's across the board for their services. I would use them again if squirrels got back in.
Description of Work: We used them for wildlife pest control and they were used last year, like if squirrels get into your attic and stuff like that.

+ -1 moreI threatened to shoot Floyd Duncan first of all. I have been dealing with his company since 1990 and they never sprayed or treated my house and they said or else I would not have had termites. I threatened to sue, Floyd Duncan turned it over to his insurance company and I settled with them.
Description of Work: Did not treat my house as stated. I had termites eating my entire house up and they said it was not their fault. They are liars, cheats and crooks and I would never recommend them to treat a dog house let alone a residence.

Description of Work: I called about a yellow jacket problem. They came and advised me for free what to do. I will definitely use them when I have a real need for an exterminating company as you just don't find this type of professionalism anymore.

I would recommend them, I don't know that they distinguish themselves in anyway, but they do check the traps constantly and provide feedback on what they find and what treatment they are going to perform so the communication is good and I would recommend them, but I don't know if they are very distinguished.

+ -1 moreThey come my house the first Thursday of every month at the same exact time every time. They are very punctual. They do an excellent job.
Description of Work: Duncan Exterminating Co did my initial termite treatment when I built my house 12 years ago. I still use them today. They take care of the bugs, spiders, and anything that could get in your house from the woods.
