+ -1 moreMr. Freeman came to us in a difficult and completely distressing time in our life and delivered us out of h***. He and his guys Eric Harnage and Charles, came through for us when we were wore out and beat up by others. He is the only other contractor that we worked with that did something, until it was done right. He wouldn't take full payment until the work was completely done. The work was HARD. It had to be redone in a couple of places, to compensate for the issues with our poorly poured Slab. (Thank you Edwin Sealy for all those problems). He even caught a burst valve in our master shower and saved us more heart ache by being able to shut off the water to the house, before too much damage got done, at 8:00pm on a Friday night. This is a genuinely upstanding business man. 2 years later and there are no creaky boards in our floor and no cracked tiles. Eddie you ARE the man!
Description of Work: We first hired Mr. Freeman to install carpet in our new home. We were so impressed with his honesty and professionalism, we hired him to come back and fix ALL the mistakes we had already paid and caused by unscrupulous new home builder by the name of VanCleave. He had to come in and level a floor that had a 3/4 inch drop off over 6 ft, another 1/2 inch drop off over 3 feet, not to mention numerous other hills and valleys in our poorly poured concrete slab. He had to take out 500 sq ft of tile, and relaid it, after the concrete had been ground down. He had to come back in, clean and prep another 800 sq ft of concrete slab, level it before glueing down new hardwood floors.
