They are extremely proffessional and they let me know what was going on every time I called. they had to replace the keyboard on my laptop and since they didnt have it in stock it had to be ordered. They told me it would take 3-5 business days to get a new one in, it actually took 7 business days because it apparently got lost in Atlanta, but they provided me with the tracking number so I knew what was going on with the package. Once it was delivered they installed it and I came in to pick my baby up. They had already reloaded the software while waiting for the keyboard so everything was working beautifully!
Description of Work: My laptop computer had a cup of juice spilled on it by my grandson. I took it into Albany Computer (which used to be EoTD Solutions and has since moved to Albany) and they cleaned it all up and reccomended that the software be reloaded to solve some other issues before the juice incident with the computer running slow. It runs even better now than it did the day I bought it. If you ever need computer work done in Albany give these guys a call @ 229-888-9550, it will save you time and money!!
