Description of Work: Clothes dryer went on blink. Thought it needed new rollers. Technicians (Pete and son) were punctual and friendly. Diagnosed the problem immediately as a sock impeding the drum, removed the problem, and left a happy customer. Very reasonable.

Description of Work: I told them that I thought I might have a problem with my fridge but that the freezer was still cold. They came to my house in Brunswick on their way back to Darien and swapped a burnt out light bulb for one lower in the fridge that was working. They did zero work and charged me $40. They spent a total of about 3 minutes at my house. Not a good way to create a repeat customer, I'm afraid.

Description of Work: They checked my parents' AC and found the problem and gave an estimate of the repair. It was a fair price and we will have the repair done once we save the money. They did offer a payment plan but we prefer to pay cash.

Left a message, he called back in 20 minutes and showed up 2 hours later.Knew right away what was wrong, removed and repaired the clogged drain line plug, realigned the doors, siliconed up the gaskets and out the door in 1/2 hour. Good guy, will use for any other appliance work.
Description of Work: Repaired french door fridge freezer section. Frozen over & leaking.

+ -1 moreI have used the Moody's on several occasions in the past and wanted to take the time to write this review. Initially Pete Sr., his son Pete were referred to me by a local realtor. I found them to be both prompt and honest as well as nice men. Having used them to repair a washer, dryer, ice machine, and garbage disposal, I feel confident in their expertise and fairness. I have no problem referring others to them, nor would I fail to use them in the future. I'd trust them to lock up behind themselves upon completion of the job. they're that decent.
