"Stiles installed a new unit and air handler but days noticed that the tech neglected to install a filter. They came back out and attempted to force an incorrect filter into the slot. Months later I go to change the filter only to realize that the installer had routed the condensation pipe directly in front of the filter slot. Evidently he told the person there during the filter fiasco that you could just disconnect the line when you change the filter. What?? Yea I don't think so pal. Called them back out again and they re-routed the drain like it should have been done the first time. We have had other services performed from them like plumbing that they've had to return to fix as well. Absolute clowns."
