WOOD HOLLOW CABINETS INC

I have worked with Woodhollow Cabinetry for almost 20 years. The first set of cabinets I purchased from them was back in 2004. I have had their cabinets in my last 3 personal homes and have loved them all. I have also used Woodhollow to supply the cabinetry in many custom and spec homes I have built over the years. All of the projects and customers were different. Some of our clients were very hard to please and they always stuck with it until the client was happy. And if there are any issues after move in they always come back and stand behind their work. I have worked with many other cabinet companies in the Chattanooga area as well. None of them are perfect. If you are looking for a quality custom made cabinet, fair pricing and a company that has always stood behind their products for me and my clients then I would strongly recommend Woodhollow.

We do NOT recommend! Purchased new kitchen cabinets in 2020 with many issues getting them installed correctly. There were multiple mistakes made and it was a hassle to get completed. This year, we noticed the paint finish cracking and sent photos requesting repair as it was admittedly covered under their limited lifetime warranty. They came out to my house to repair/ repaint the affected doors. The same issue arose again with the same doors, but now they refuse to correct without charging a fee. Not to mention, the hassle continues. They want me to remove the doors on my own (which according to their warranty language would void) take them to their shop and then reinstall the doors on my own. The doors are large and go to the ceiling so it can’t be done without having to assume liability for possible damage. They say there’s a lifetime warranty but clearly push to get around it. When I made a comparison to ask what if it were the cabinet boxes themselves? They said I was just trying to argue.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible craftsmanship and rude customer service. Bought new cabinets and they look terrible. They are all unprofessionally finished with TONS of defects. I have tried to let them resolve the issue for 2 months and after 3 visits from their QA folks to repair, they look worse then initially. At this point, I think my only option is to have them remove their shoddy work and I'll find a different company.
