+ -1 moreHe was a no call, no show. VERY disappointed. He seemed nice on the phone, was happy we got his name from Angie's List. He won't be happy now, as we aren't very happy with him! He could have called to say he wasn't coming. We don't accept any workers in the house AFTER DARK!
Description of Work: Made an appt with me for 9/10 "after 5" to give estimate. Said would call when he's on the way.

+ 4 moreWhen my mother's house was damaged by a tornado, a friend referred me to Ronnie Walker. The power supply had been torn off the house by a tree branch that had fallen on it, so she was in a hurry to get the power on her house. I called him and he came up the very next day, a Saturday, to give assess the damage and give me an estimate. After getting the okay from the insurance company, I gave him the okay to get started. He arrived the next day with 3 three men to remove the large branch from her roof, re mount the electric meter base and patch the roof. All my experiences with Walker were great. His workmanship is excellent. If he couldn't show up on a day we were expecting him, he always called to let us know. He and his employees are a little rough around the edges, but always polite and considerate of my mother and her property. He especially impressed me by doing little things that weren't expected or paid for. My sister had a plumbing problem while he was working on my mother's house. He volunteered to look at it. He fixed it and only charged her $10! I would highly recommend Ronnie Walker for any home improvement work and will be calling him for any work in the future.
Description of Work: Once we had final approval from the insurance company we hired him to install a new metal roof, replace some of the gutters, replace some of the soffits and facia boards, replace the acousitc drop ceiling in the basement bathroom and paint the entire house. Other work we hired him for is: repairing two sections of broken concrete driveway, installing a new storage buiding and cleaning out and sealing the crawl space.
