+ -1 moreNever showed up. Set 2 different times to come out to my home and never showed up either day. Never called me back to say he would come later either. Not very responsible or reliable.
Description of Work: Garage Door need to be fixed. Company set up 2 different times that he said he would be at my home to fix garage door, but never showed up. I will never know if his quality of work is good or bad as he never showed.

+ -1 moreThey did a good job. They were nice and estimated what they really need to do to fix the problem. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of hardware or services. They just took care of the problem. They were able to work around my schedule. I work a lot and I want to be here when things are done. I don't have to call them back to make adjustments or anything. They are husband and wife team, they were very cooperative and talked to me about things. They didn't try to do what wasn't their forte.
Description of Work: Parsons Door Services fixed the problem with my door.

+ -1 moreHe was very honest and straightforward. The price was reasonable for the work done. We would use him again. He was very responsive, very punctual and very professional.
Description of Work: We used Parsons Door Services because we thought there was a problem with the garage door not going down. Come to find out we had something that was blocking the eye so while he was here he actually did maintenance on both garage doors.

Description of Work: Actually I have used Randy several times. He has replaced a garage door and a garage opener for me as well as hooked me up with someone to do some other work for me. It is so refreshing to have someone I can count on to do quality work for a fair price. I would highly reccomend him to anyone that needs any kind of door work.
