My experience with the worker was excellent. He was professional and congenial. He stayed until the job was done, let me know future issues I may have and demonstrated concern for my safety.

They grossly overcharged and If I would have got other estimates first I would have never of paid $400 to have a light fixture installed.

Very expensive. One of the rooms had some ceiling plaster fall the working didn't replanted that ceiling area.

Diagnosed issue quickly and resolved the problem.

The electrician team was very polite and respectful of my home. They answered all of our questions and did a great job. They cleaned up after the work was done. I would have rated customer service a 5, except for two things: 1) My initial call with the scheduler/customer service rep was hard to hear due to all of the loud background office noise; 2) We were called at an unexpected early hour of the morning to schedule the work which they wanted to start that very morning. I'm glad we had the work done, but a bit more notice perhaps, and a call after 8 a.m. would have been better.

Did a great assessment of the problem, gave me a couple of options on how to proceed. Worked quickly but carefully - problem solved!!

This company is great. Michael installed a light fixture and updated light switches and outlet. I also had a Nest doorbell connected to my old doorbell wire. The work was excellent and reasonably priced. Michael very courteous and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this company.

This company is great. Yonathon and Matt Gruber installed some recessed lighting for me and the work was excellent and reasonably priced. They were very courteous and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this company and work with them again.

Gary Lamb is an excellent employee. His customer service was the best. Mister Sparky made an excellent choice is having him on their team.

They never responded to the Home Advisor enquiry so called them directly. They then did not show up at all for the scheduled appointment. In fairness, they did then send someone round quickly and discounted the job, but was still very inconvenient.

Hire Mr. Sparky if you have a BIG budget. You will enjoy thrifty, speedy, quality work and you will spend a lot. Your Mr. Sparky tech will also inspect and inform you of any unseen dangers, outdated fixtures and building code violations.
