Marcus performed an inspection and found the problem, which was nowhere near where I thought it would be. Turns out it was simply a loose outlet that was feeding the outlets in another room. Simple, easy, and inexpensive fix.

The supervisor over the job Garry did not do a follow-up I had some smoke alarms wired in there was no alarm testing until I brought it to their attention and the third technician out to my house did the testing. As of today, this will be the fourth time Is technician has had to come out and finish the job. Once again, on a job that is over $15,000, there was no follow-up from any supervisor whatsoever... I am very dissatisfied!
