+ -1 moreContacted Michael on Feb. 4th. He listen to what I was looking for and was very quick in emailing me a list of house in the area and price range that I needed. He showed me many house. He very quick and willing to show any house that I wanted to see. On Feb 17th found the house and signed the contracted. After the contract, I inspected the house on Feb 26th and found some electric and water issue. I contacted Michael and he was very quick in contacting the seller to fix the issues. On March 4th, I inspected the electric issue and found that it was fix. Closing date is around the first of April.
Description of Work: Michael was great. I could call or email or text him anytime and he got back to me very quick. Listen to what I wanted and didn't try to show me any house that was out of my price range. Did not take long to find the perfect house in the perfect price. Price vary based on commsion. Not really sure Comes out at Closing.
