Fixed correctly

Repairman came once to diagnose and then returned when the replacement part arrived. Fixed the problem quickly, showed me what caused the problem, and the bill was reasonable.

out was from double sink to singlejobs were completed in timely fashion....cleaned up well...knowledgeable service man...sink change out was from double bowl to single bowl same over all size

Jack (tech) was very good. He did the work promptly and efficiently. He was professional in his work and appearance.

Was very polite and professional. Solved problem with dryer. Had to order part for dishwasher.

The electrician arrived on time and got to work immediately. He installed the lighting and fans and worked with me on the placement of the lighting. He communicated with me on types of bulbs for the lights and lighting features. He also cleaned up after his work and was courteous and professional at all times. I have additional work to do to update more lighting in the future and will call on Langford again. Great job!

Finding that difficult to believe, I took the microwave to another appliance company who discovered that the mother board was not the problem to begin with but rather, a lose wire. That saved me around $300-400 bucks!

It went very good. I would highly recommend them for plumbing and electrical work.

They are prompt and good at what they do.

I took in my microwave in for repair. I was told the and quot;mother boardand quot; was fried and the unit would need a new one. However, Langford was unable to order the correct board by their own admission. I mean, really? To make matters worse, they came back to me saying that I had to order the correct mother board. I mean, really? Needless to say, small appliance repair is not my current occupation. I suppose I could go to the trouble to research and talk with the company and order the correct part. But really, I'm certain I would not know how to install the part and would have to carry it back to Langfords so that they might finish the repair. I mean, really? Customer service is an endangered species.

Called on Monday and set up service for Friday at 3:30. Had to take a 1/2 day vacation to meet the plumber. No one showed up at 3:30, so we called at 3:45 and the office said the plumber must be running behind on the job before us and he would call before he came because we were on the schedule. We waited till 7:00 and no one ever showed up or even called.

Prompt, reliable and professional service, as always. We have relied on Langford for over 20 years for plumbing, electrical, AC and appliance installation and repair, and have never been disappointed. Customer service and quality of work is outstanding.

They came out on time and got right on the job. They fixed a leak, and found another leak that wasn't known. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I called them on Monday, 04/30/12, based on reviews from Angie's and they were out the next day as scheduled on time. I got a phone call shortly before the appointment to confirm that I was home and the technician was at my house on time. He assessed the problem and had it fixed within one hour with an explanation of how my system worked and what he was doing. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I have used them before. What I like about them is that they are dependable.

You can set an appointment. They call before they come out and are on time. They are very professional and competively priced with other similar companies.

I had a very successful conclusion to the work they did for me. The person came out 2 days, as he couldn't fix the problem the 1st day, but the 2nd day he figured out what it was and fixed it for me. They were very diligent about fixing the problem. They knew what they were doing and seemed honest. It was a difficult problem and it wasn't easy to solve. I know something about electrical so felt that and they stayed until they repaired it. I don't think they were less than anybody else, but they were fairly priced. The quality was good and they cleaned up later. They responded to me immediately and were punctual for the job. I will use them in future.

They did a real good job. They were prompt, friendly and very responsive. I have not had any kind of work done for a very long time, so I don't know what to compare their price with, but I was okay with it and just paid them. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

My experiences with Langford have always been good experiences.

I have a 42 year-old house with old, quirky plumbing that lies under a concrete slab. All my bathroom and laundry room drains had been running slowly for awhile, then one day abruptly stopped completely. I got on Angie's List, found Langford Appliance and called them. They were very courteous and prompt. When the plumber that came out couldn't get the snake to go through the pipes he called the office. They sent another plumber out and between the two of them they had it cleared in about ten minutes. They were neat about their work, apologized for it taking two of them, and didn't charge me anything extra for the second man. The bill was exactly what the estimate was and that was very reasonable! I am very satisfied!

I call them for all my electrical and plumbing needs and they their prices are very competitive. They have very good communication, if they are going to be late they will let you know. They are super to deal with.
