it went well, i have them do it every year. the price feels high to me but i haven't bothered researching other companies. and with other work they've done (system repairs, adding a hose bib to the irrigation system), they've always been very professional and great to work with.

They are very professional and thorough. They are just responsive. They have put in our sprinkler system and they know it, so we just use them for maintenance.

They're very efficient and courteous. They are very professional as I called them and they were here. They are very friendly.

I called this company, someone came out and measured the project, then took my email address and stated they would email me with an estimate. To be included in the estimate was the price for 2 different options, however the estimate did not include both options. I called and asked for more information as the estimate was confusing. I was told on several different occasions that someone would call me back. However, that never happened. I decided to go ahead and accept the original estimate because I needed the work done ASAP and did not want to keep delaying it by waiting for a phone call. I never heard back from them, I called one more time asking for more info and an estimated date to begin work. Once again, I was told someone would call me back and Once again, that did not happen. I decided not to move forward with the project out of apprehension due to the lack of professionalism from the company. I did speak to David Smith one time and received one email from him..... He made sure to tell me each time how busy they were, but that they would get back to me. At the conclusion I emailed David to basically, tell him I guess he was to busy and did not need my additional business. As well as tell him how many times the girls in his office said someone would call me back and how unprofessional I thought his company was. I got the response I thought I would........... NONE !!!! I do not recommend even wasting your time calling this company. Unless you have 3-4 weeks to waste just trying to get an accurate estimate and a little communication !!!!!.
