"Excellent! Michael was relatively quick to provide estimates of these 2 jobs, and he stuck with his estimates for the final billing. His crew was undoubtedly the best home improvement contractors I've ever dealt with. They showed up when promised, worked hard until the sun was almost down and complete with each phase of the job. Michael was a pleasure to work with, and we were very impressed with his attention to detail, thoroughness, being flexible to when I was home to be there, and not leaving us with any regret whatsoever! The entire job was completed within a 13-day period, given the time between house washing, drying of decks, and recoating of decks and front concrete porch."

"True Construction is my new mowing service, after the service I had used faithfully for at least 8 or 9 years suddenly didn’t show up for a month and then just seemed to disappear. "Spriggs commercial cleaning was very professional and did great work! I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again! I had a tenant leave my rental property in terrible condition. There was pet feces and urine throughout the home from several different types of animals, trash and disgusting furniture and more. Lanier visited the home promptly and gave me a competive quote (althought he wasn't the cheapest). He started work immediately. He removed everything out of the home that wasn't salvageable (including appliances). It took several days but they showed up early, was thorough, and went above and beyond. He got the home back in rentable, turn-key condition with very little rehab work to be done afterwards. He probably saved me $10K. I didn't have to lift a finger! The quoting and booking process was seamless and their communication was clear. I'll definitely be hiring Spriggs Commercial Cleaning again and I highly recommend them."
